Having spent 16 years in the estate agency industry and born and bred in the Stalybridge area , Alex Wilson, Franchise Owner of Hunters Stalybridge, has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the local market. This is supported by a dedicated team led by Stephanie Cookson who builds excellent working relations with all customers.

From me first viewing the property to signing the agreement was under three weeks. Each time I sent an email it was answered within minutes. Really impressive. From start to finish I thought Hunters were excellent. They quickly agreed to price match another agent, the photos and video were completed quickly and the listing was live very quickly with the house selling within 3 days.
I was kept up to date throughout every stage and the communication was excellent. The little goody bag upon completion was a nice touch too.

Having Sold and Rented property through Hunters in Stalybridge, I have found the team to be excellent. there communication through the whole process was amazing and I was kept up to date at all times. Carole, who sold my house, progressed my sale through to completion and was really approachable and informative. I have also let two of my properties out through hunters using their fully managed package. Courtney was amazing at finding me a tenant and made sure I had everything I needed to be able to rent my property. She organized all my mandatory certificates and chased everything on my behalf and moved my tenants in swiftly. I would 100% use hunters again.

Approached Hunters to discuss potential rental property. Initial conversation/confirmation was very easy. Viewed the property within 24hrs, we were met in a timely manner, shown around. We then agreed to take the property within 24hrs, the documents have been prepared in advance and we have been kept up to date throughout. Sounds simple but we have very little experience in the rental market and the demands and needs, all made very simple :-)
