We have recently rented a property from Hunters, and have found them a delight to deal with.
We met Elisha at the house for the initial viewing. We found Elisha polite, professional, and easy to communicate with.
The whole process from the first viewing, to being accepted for the property, and up to the moving date was stress free.
We have had a couple of teething issues with the property, and have dealt wish Elisha and Rebecca after moving in, they have responded quickly, and rectified the issues we have encountered
I would fully recommend Hunters, and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again should the need arise.

Waste of time!
Put on offer on a house that vendors were happy with but got messed around for a week. Was told that the vendors want to give everyone a fair chance of viewing a house (some got cancelled due to weather conditions). Was told multiple times that they’re NOT LOOKING FOR MORE MONEY, even asked what amount would satisfy them to take the house off the market - was told theyre happy with the offer and it’s not about more money. Clearly it was a lie, in the end, they obviously were after more money, which is obviously fair enough but don’t lie to me, when I ask clear and direct questions. I was the first person to make and offer on this house, was not treated fairly at all, lost a week waiting around and time was of the essence for me. Not what you’d expect from a professional agency.

Just wanted to say thank you to Becky for the help she provided with sorting out a contractor to come and look at our boiler which stopped working at the worst possible time in the middle of this freezing cold weather.
I reported the issue last night and today Luke attended before 1pm has resolved the issue for now.
Becky was really helpful and we are just grateful for the quick turn around on this.

Kaya is an amazing reflection on Hunters Stourbridge.
I wasn’t buying or selling through Hunters, however they were agents for houses higher in the chain. There were multiple issues as it was a long chain. Kaya was the only person to keep me in the loop. I won’t mention names of other estate agents but less said the better. Kaya pushed the move through and I don’t believe the move would’ve happened if she hadn’t have done so.
If the time comes to sell in the future, I will definitely be using Hunters. Thank you again!!!

Led by Ellis Hill - my initial point of contact and who made the home visit, I can say that both Ellis and the Stourbridge team were nothing short of exceptional. They accompanied all viewings and communicated well with me and as a team to keep Ellis up to date on his absence. I made no calls to the office other than returning missed calls as I was kept fully informed throughout by calls, emails and on the Hunters webpage.

I recently sold my house with Hunters, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house.
I mainly dealt with Jack, who was polite, professional and knowledgeable. However whenever I spoke with other members of the team they were equally as good.
Having dealt with a number of other estate agents (when viewing other properties) I can say Hunters were so much better, they are really on top on their game. They might be a little bit more expensive than some, but it is the old saying ‘you get what you pay for’, and that’s certainly the case here.
House buying and selling is an extremely stressful time and I believe Hunters made the journey a lot easier for me.

Me and my partner recently sold our home through hunters due to friends and families recommendation and dealt with Ellis throughout the whole process, within a week of being on the market we had 5 viewings and an offer, by the following weekend we were sold! Ellis then rang and after a few disappointing viewings at other properties that were on the market through other estate agents, Ellis suggested we viewed a house that we both ended up being undecided on however, from the moment we walked in we both knew it was the house we wanted, he’s got a good eye for spotting what he thinks you may or may not like and isn’t shy to give you his opinion either which always helps!

Absolutely amazing estate agency with incredible staff.
Our house initially fell through with another company, so we changed and asked Hunters for help. Ellis had it on the market within minutes and viewings booked in the same day. The house sold within a week or so.
He has gone above and beyond chasing solicitors and liaising with the whole chain to get this across the line. He shouldn’t have done any of this but he did as he knew how stressful this time was for us and without this, we wouldn’t have our dream home. He deserves an award and recognition for all his efforts.
Whoever has the please of dealing with him, will see this and will be well looked after.
We can’t recommend Hunters more and Ellis is a credit to the company any all the people he’s looking after. It’s so reassuring having someone looking after you and taking such a stressful time and making it enjoyable and something to look forward to.

Can only speak positively of my selling experience with Hunters in Stourbridge. From the initial valuation through to the handover, Jack and the team were always available to answer queries. There was always someone competently covering too, if someone was away.
I live abroad and therefore I needed an agent which I could leave everything with, handling the sales from overseas. This was no issue whatsoever. Feedback on viewings was quick.
What I did admire was the honest approach on valuations and advising on situations based upon their experience. I was initially tempted by P*rple Bricks who gave a higher (unrealistic perhaps) valuation but feedback and support was non-existent. Therefore the decision to go with Hunters was definitely the correct choice for my situation.
To summarise, I would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters. No hidden fees and made the house sale as stress free as is possible.

My every experience with Hunters is a delight. Perhaps that is a strange way to describe dealing with an Estate Agent, however, these people are 2nd to none.
Abi comes to do the inspections and honestly, she has become "part of the family". She gives my assistance dogs cuddles and just makes what other estate agents turn into a major fiasco.
Abi just puts you at ease and you want to sit and have a cuppa and some biscuits with her, share the afternoon, however, she's far too busy.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to move, after viewing a few houses we got a call back from the agent Rebecca Wood and within a week we had the keys. She was so efficient and professional every step of the way.

We initially tried two more estate agents with no success and then Hunters took over and we accepted an offer with the first few weeks. As a first-time landlord looking to rent my flat out, I found the advice and guidance provided by Hunters very helpful. Using their knowledge, they ensured the property was pitched at a suitable market value and marketed it successfully. The property was also placed with another estate agent but the number of enquiries through Hunters was substantially greater. Hunters effectively managed these enquiries and associated viewings making sure I was kept informed of how things were progressing.
During the time Hunters have been manging the property I have found all the members of the team equally approachable and happy to help with queries. Beckie has provided a great service for me; she's always very helpful whenever there's an issue or I have a question, and is super responsive at all times - something I really appreciate.
I'm also a landlord myself, and the service I receive from my letting agent (not Hunters) for my property is shocking - I just wish I could receive the same service Beckie gives as they are polls apart.

My experience with Hunters was great. Ellis who valued the property was very efficient and friendly, especially considering he was piggy in the middle with other family members whilst selling the property.

We recently used Hunters in Stourbridge for the sale of our property. It had been a long time since I used an estate agent and I must admit I was very wary as you hear so many bad reports. I have to say that the service I received was 2nd to none! Ellis was the main person whom I dealt with although I had the opportunity to speak to most of the team at some point. Every single member of the team were polite, professional and attentive. However, Ellis went above and beyond his responsibilities and my expectations. The sale of the property was quite a bumpy ride at times and very stressful however, Ellis kept his cool the whole of the way through, he kept me grounded and reassured. It was no trouble at all to Ellis to speak to me in the evenings or over the weekend and allay any of my worries. I was extremely grateful to him for this as they would often be a problem arise on a Friday evening, and there is nothing worse than having to wait until the Monday. He was an absolute star and put up with me many times. From the moment I decided to go with Hunters, right up until after we had actually moved into our new property, Ellis kept in touch the whole time, kept me fully informed and explained everything in laymans terms. The poor guy even helped me out when he was on his family holiday! I would highly recommend Hunters to anybody and would give them a score of 11/10!
We are really happy and settled in our new home thanks to Ellis and the team and I can genuinely say I am going to miss his sense of humour, calmness and professionalism!

Jack Bingham at Hunters Stourbridge, is the best estate agent within the area and worth every penny.
He will tell you himself he’s not the cheapest, but what you get is great value for money.
We were on with another agent to begin with as they were the cheapest option.
After 12 weeks of not selling we brought on board Hunters...sold in no time!!
Their advertisements and pictures were of a much higher calibre. The service is much more personalised and felt like we were their only customer!!! All the Sold Hunters boards in the area tells you exactly how busy they are!!!
They push out to a wider audience than the average estate agent.
The team around him are all very well driven and chase everything up, without us requesting anything.

Our contact was Ellis Hill and I can’t rate him highly enough. He was consistently kind, professional and courteous as well as friendly and efficient.
