Decided to go with Love Homes because they were an independent, and we really liked the vibe the Branch Manager gave us. Unfortunately, there was poor comms throughout (we had to chase for updates) and their only marketing feedback was ‘you’re still getting clicks on Rightmove’. Voiced our frustrations and the MD got involved. Even he could not do something as simple as putting ‘no chain’ on the advert as requested. It’s a shame, as we really had high hopes initially.
