We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . One of their agents, Tara, definitely went the extra mile to ensure that the needs of both ourselves and the person from whom we were buying were met. If challenges occurred, she calmly met them head on and came up with solutions, which often meant her personally arranging to be present when different events occurred or needed to happen. She was kind and understanding but at the same time professional in her approach. If we rang the office both Ian and Helen were also ready and willing to help if Tara was unavailable. AVOID!!! Please avoid using this company, I had nothing but issues with them when trying to rent a unit. The unit I was interested in had a window that had been put through and a dodgy door, I asked for this to be replaced before renting it which I was then rudely told I was being a nuisance and I should look elsewhere. The person who I spoke to was rude, aggressive and just out right nasty! They wouldn’t give their actual name as they obviously didn’t want to be found out but I do have their contact number. After raising a complaint about this individual nothing was ever actually done and it all fell silent. No one actually came back to me after weeks of me chasing for updates. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use them.... Read more

The BEST estate agent we have had. And I don’t say that lightly. Communication is great, they always call you back and keep you in the loop about those viewing your property, which I have found a rarity with other agents but equally they are not on your case. They are a pleasure to talk to on the phone or pop into branch, never being treated like an inconvenience. Everyone is lovely and this has not been our experience elsewhere when viewing properties. We mainly dealt with the wonderful Ian but have also spoken to most of the staff. We are really grateful for all their time and very happy to be moving with Ibbett Mosely- it was 100% worth using them despite them not being our closed agent. They will always have our custom.
