the impression I got of the way Iliffe & Ilffee operates is getting as many as possible homeowners to sign up to market by deflated valuation. The property sits there with zero interest. I wonder if this tactic is to get the signature so no other agents reach the properties. In short valuable time wasted.

We sold our house successfully through them after a few days on the market - two bigger agents tried for a year and a half and were not successful.
Once the sale had been accepted, David and Nathan kept us up to date every step of the way. They always answered the phone, called us back and gave us the information we needed. They reassured us throughout the whole process.
Not only did they sell the house, but they pushed through the sales process with all parties with better communication than anyone else in the chain.
They were polite, professional and organised.

Nathan and David sold a property I was responsible for as the executor of a friend's will. Their approach was very professional from the start. They handled all the viewings and gave excellent advice re. prospective purchasers. Their local knowledge was invaluable. Their response to any questions I had and all enquiries from purchasers were always answered quickly and efficiently. Their whole approach was professional, businesslike and yet friendly; one got the impression they were genuinely pleased to help in any way they could. Their fees were also very reasonable and represented great 'value for money'. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Excellent throughout- from the initial free valuation, through to recommending a suitable property, allowing us the time to come to a decision and then supporting us over the course of a "challenging" conveyancing process. We were recommended to the brothers by a local friend and are very grateful for it. Our property was sold within three months. They even greatly helped with the solicitor process (as this was all new to us), and made us feel at ease throughout, always taking our call even for a friendly chat. I found my house through IIiffe & IIiffe estate agency which is owed and operated by bothers David and Nathan. David was my agent mainly though this and he literally was with me every step of the way. He returned all emails and calls within a very appropriate timeframe. David was always there to answer the smallest question and kept both myself and the vendors up to date with the progress. This service went above and beyond the usual estate agency. They’re with you from beginning to end and nothing is a problem for them to achieve. This is professional, personalised service to the individual. The bothers really do care about their clients. I did speak to Nathan a few times and he was always very polite and professional, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They will always have my business in future.
