I have put an offer in on a house with Wards in Faversham. I met Emma who showed me round. I asked many questions which Emma was able to answer and she gave me further information which l hadn't thought of...even telling me how many minutes it takes to walk into town. I wasn't rushed. I felt she had taken the time to get "to know" the property.. which is a real bonus when you are walking into a house and an area that you know nothing about. Wards in Faversham are a friendly bunch but very professional. Glad the property was up with them.

Paul and Hannah were lovely and friendly to deal with and always gave me reassurance with where we were in the process.

I cannot recommend Debbie Ludgate the sales processor from ward enough. She was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She really made a somewhat terrible experience turn around when let down from nearly everyone from are mortgage broker to our solicitor, she really offered second to none support even working days off to check in on us and offering her personal mobile number. Can only express how thankful I am to have her support during the whole process.

I feel like I’ve interacted with all of the Faversham estate agents at this point, but Shahla at Wards has been the only person I’ve spoken to that has actually listened to our requirements and tailored her recommendations to us. We met this person a year ago when trying to find a property but unfortunately, we chose the wrong house with another provider. Recently we have had Sam Killick out to our house to value the property. I cannot express enough how grateful we have been for his support and professional manner. He has acted in our best interest throughout. We count ourselves very fortunate that when we went into Wards in Faversham, Sam Killick was the person we saw. He's very personable, efficient, and knows the different areas of the town well. He accurately assessed our needs and offered a few options to view. At the first property Sam and we quickly realised that it was not for us, though its location was ideal. Later that day he emailed us, with "I know "abcd" didn't tick all the boxes, but in terms of the property itself I think "efgh" could be the one for you!" It was indeed and from viewing to exchange of contracts recently we've been so pleased that Sam at Wards has steered this through. He even sent us routes of footpaths that we could find helpful. Every question we've asked, if he didn't know the answer straight away, he'd come back to us as promised. He is a super sales manager and a great ambassador for Ward Estate Agents and for the Faversham branch in particular.
Without you, Sam, we're unlikely to have found such a suitable home. Thank you so much, you're worthy of every one of the shining Five Stars that I've awarded you!

In July 22 we started looking for a property in Faversham. We were very fortunate that Wards had just the place for us. Since the acceptance of our offer to exchange of contracts we have been helped by all the staff with their friendliness, courtesy, approachability and action. In particular, we greatly appreciated Maria Meddings who on introduction said she'd steer us through which she has done with regular updates, answering all our queries (however minor) and was always reassuring us that all would be well. Without her help and understanding of our concerns, this time would have been most stressful to us.
She has indeed steered us through what we felt were very choppy waters, which she smoothed over easily.

Money and time wasted. Communication has been dreadful with Maria, Wards failed to mention the property were trying to purchase was a Airey House, which requires the seller to provide a PRC certificate. Despite Paul informing the seller this is needed to sell the property, the seller failed to provide this from day 1. 9 months later we have now lost our buyers thanks to Wards and their failure to disclose that this property needed a cash buyer.

I found my experience with wards faversham top quality and also a mention to Gary as he was the person who helped me and my girlfriend buy our first property. Both me and my partner didn’t really know how much was actually involve when making such a big investment and felt it was very confusing. Gary made it very easy to understand the process and stages we have to go through. Gary was very responsive and motivated to get the answers from the solicitors and buyers and I believe the ball wouldn’t have moved as quickly and efficiently without Gary’s help.
