We bought and sold through Ingham Fox this year. And they handled both simultaneously very professionally. Their marketing of the properties is a real strength. But it's also a very personalised and attentive service; quite different from the bigger competitors. Nick does a good job of making a stressful process relatively smooth. We viewed a beautiful property with Ingham fox and found Nick to be professional, friendly and efficient. The sales material was beautifully presented, at the viewing, Nick new the property well and presented it wonderfully whilst answering all of our questions. We placed an offer which unfortunately didn’t go ahead but I was so impressed with Ingham fox that I have recommended to friends who are selling their properties. I would definitely use Ingham fox to sell for me in the future, for an estate agent service that feels like a boutique hotel rather than a chain.... Read more
