I honestly can't recommend Integra highly enough. We were pretty nervous putting our house on the market and you hear horror stories about estate agents, but Tom and Michael were absolutely superb from start to finish. They were professional, helpful right from the listing process, and then throughout as our sale progressed - answering our (many!) questions promptly and helping move things along with our solicitors who were, frankly, not very good. Where do I begin… Integra came recommended to us by a friend and I can safely say wow what a recommendation. From our first meeting with Integra - we were greeted by a very warm bubbly Tom, who was beyond helpful and put all our worries and apprehensions to ease. Tom gave some fantastic advice and guidance, we have sold a house before using a local highstreet chain and I was a little nervous originally about using an internet based Estate Agents. But of course looking back I now realise this is the way forward. The world we live in highly depends on digital interactions. Integra offer fantastic online marketing and use a range of platforms to market properties, I was pleasantly surprised! Fast forward to our viewings and selling of our house the communication and feedback was 5* there was never a moment where I was unable to contact a member of staff from Integra. Michael and Tom managed our viewing at our house which took away a lot of stress especially as we have a young family and two dogs, we were able to walk away and leave them to all the viewings. We had no hesitations and knew we were in safe hands. Integra and the team found us our buyers and have been 100% involved from the start to the finish line. Integra Estates recently handled the sale of my parents’ home and I honestly cannot praise them enough. The communication, care, and ability to manage the entire process from start to finish was exceptional. During their onward purchase, my parents discovered the property they were buying (via another agent) had spray foam insulation in the loft. Tom personally took the time to visit them, explained the potential implications, and advised that a specialist roof survey was essential to assess whether the roof timbers had been affected. Unfortunately, the survey revealed the roof needed to be completely removed and reinstated due to its poor condition. Tom went above and beyond, He was our selling agent, but he quickly assisted with their ongoing purchase and found them alternative properties, and in the end, they secured their dream home. My parents were understandably worried they would lose their buyers after two months lost on the original property, but Tom liaised directly with his recommended solicitors, arranged surveys, and drove the second sale forward — amazingly, they exchanged and completed just five weeks later. His willingness to go the extra mile, his regular communication, and his honest, straightforward approach set him apart from the rest. I genuinely believe Tom saved my parents from what could have been a huge financial burden, instead helping them move into the perfect home. We are so grateful for everything he has done. On a personal note, I will also be instructing Tom and Integra Estates to sell my own property when I move. They truly aren’t like other agents — they marketed my parents’ property to a very high standard, achieved a swift sale, and instead of simply taking commission and not caring about the ongoing purchase, they put my parents first and made sure my parents were fully informed at every stage. He was friendly, super professional but always honest and transparent and offered very experienced advice when needed. You really get the feeling they genuinely want the best for the client and the right sale rather than just chasing a commission which is extremely rare from my experience of Estate agents in the past. Thomas really went above and beyond to support the sale of my property as I had already moved in with my partner and was no longer living in the area. He coordinated all viewings and even popped in to put the heating on to make viewing more ambient and prevent any issues with heating in the cold weather. From start to finish, Thomas Bailey and his team were a pleasure to work with. We went on a rather extraordinary year-long journey with Integra-Estates! They were the agent for the house we can now happily call home. It had been a particularly challenging purchase - a probate property with an exceptionally uncooperative and difficult solicitor on the sellers side. However Tom’s perseverance with the solicitor, efforts to keep us updated and helpfulness, made all the difference during the uncertain times (of which we had many!). His warm, personable yet straightforward approach was not only refreshing for an estate agent, but really helped everyone to come together when we were against the clock during the last leg of our purchase. From a very informative and friendly first viewing, to completing only 11 weeks later, they were knowledgeable, reassuring and smart at every step of the way. The whole experience was excellent, and made something stressful easier and even fun at times! I had very tight timescales because of mortgage rates changing, and they did everything they could to expedite the process. They really put such commitment and work into it for us. Thomas is unbelievable, he looks into every fine detail of the job making life a lot easier for me. I was using another agency before who dragged their feet and, as a result, I wasn't getting in enough viewings. As soon I joined Integra-Estates I was informed daily of the amount of views I was having online, as well as an up-to-date viewing list. The virtual tour was out of this world, very professional. I had to go abroad in the summer and I was more than comfortable in giving a set of keys to Thomas to continue with the viewings. He kept me in the loop with outstanding feedback and eventually told me what decorating/improvements I would need to do. I would actually say that the company went above and beyond what was required in order for me to achieve my target. There were even times when I contacted Thomas, out of office times, as I was confused about something but he never hesitated to settle my nerves and anxiety. Top ratings for a top company.
