What a great company. My girlfriend and I really struggled to find a place to live when we were trying to move to London. Most companies ignored us, weren’t at all useful and we weren’t taken seriously. When we found the property we ended up getting, we couldn’t have been luckier than finding La Casa. They were exceptionally friendly, patient, knowledgeable and generous with their time. This is a great team that should be an example to other estate agents on how to treat their customers. They are also very helpful at unlocking doors if you lock yourself out. They deserve the 5 star review and they would deserve a 10 star if it was possible. Great job.

We can't recommend La Casa enough. Their services have proved extremely helpful as we begun looking into purchasing our first home. I found this company to be not the warmest in terms of the service they offered and client relations.
The confidence in their ability to1, let a house for a Landlord but also for the client present and close deals effectively with passion and drive for prospective tenants and landlords alike.
I have dealt with a lot of different agents and company over the years and this one I feel let's the side down (for small independent letting agents) having properties on their books for long amounts of time tells me in my personal case the landlords were non responsive or potenial showing and insight into how they would be. Or in general the agents don't have the ability to confidently get things over the line
This is a standard small/med independent letting agent I was wanting and willing for them to be good as I love to support local and independent businesses but actually after his experience I will stick to the bigger high street agents they have a thirst to want to display their ability to get things over the line.
They in this experience for me did themselves a disservice and I hope they look into points raised and do better.

Upon moving to the Netherlands in 2020, I needed an agency to look after my property interests whilst away and could not have found a better place than LaCasa. Viv was great ever since I 1st spoke to him and found a suitable tenant very quickly. Since then LaCasa have been great in their communication re my property and collection of rent so I have peace of mind. I have been a private tenant for this estate agents from 2012.
They're very professional in their dealings with me.
They pay attention to my needs and every issue I have so long as I communicate with them is solved instantly if they're able to but you can be certain it'll be resolved.
I've never had any issues with them all these years... infact I'm the one they've been patient with concerning aspects of the tenancy.
Vi, Carl are very friendly and so nice and relate with you without any discrimination.
You'll not be disappointed with this estate agents.... they're the best for me.

Myself and my partner put an offer to rent a place through La Casa, and experienced difficulties with the referencing process due to her agency at the time, Foxton's, being unprofessional and un-cooperative, as well as other complications. Viv, Aleeza and the team at La Casa were so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, and it really restored our faith in estate agents.

Above and beyond! An ex tenant, throughout my time with La Casa i had an excellent experience. The agency is very responsive to tenants' messages and enquiries, often going way out of their way to solve a problem if such appeared (it seldom did). The team is very friendly and helpful, and have excellent knowledge and skills. I had to move to an area that was beyond their remit, otherwise i would most happily continue my tenancy in one of their properties. Extraordinarily responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend, would rent again

Extremely unprofessional.
Went for a viewing on a Saturday and said I liked the flat but was told that I should ring on Monday if I wanted to put in an offer and pay a holding deposit.
I rang as soon as La Casa opened on Monday morning and was told that the guy who was dealing with the flat was late in and to ring back later.
I rang back but was told that he still wasn't around and so to call back later. I gave my name and number and when nobody called back after a couple of hours I rang again.
The guy was now in but told me that since he had arrived at the office, somebody else had called and put a holding deposit on the flat whilst the landlord considered their offer. He also told me that it was a shame because the landlord much preferred me as a tenant but didn't know that I wanted to put in an offer and so took the holding deposit from the other person (the landlord can't consider other offers once a holding deposit has been paid).
I made a complaint but I was told that it was just 'unfortunate' and agreed with when I stated that I would have got the flat if I'd been redialing all morning to catch the agent who was dealing with it as soon as he walked through the door.
La Casa obviously don't have any good systems in place. Your dealings with them will largely depend on luck and the random acts of their unprofessional (and frankly, inconsiderate) staff who evidently don't understand the stress that prospective tenants go through whilst searching for properties in London.

I chose La Casa to sell my flat after looking at a few estate agents in the area and online. The warm welcome that I received when I first entered the office was echoed every time I contacted them or was contacted by them. Viv is such a great support and very knowledgeable. He gave great advice and clarification at each step of the selling process. It was the first time I have sold a property and really didn’t know what to do or what to expect. La Casa was by my side throughout the whole process. They managed to find a buyer who was happy to offer the asking price in a buyers’ market. I had regular updates from the team and towards the end they were emailing the buyers solicitor regularly to push things along. I am so pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Have been living at a flat which La Casa manage for about a year now.
They're nice people, and overall nothing has been *really* awful about their service, but everything has been just a little bit rubbish. Cumulatively, it means I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Steer clear.
In the last year:
- they didn't show up to our first house viewing on time
- they didn't know a key clause was missing from their own contract (the length of the break clause); my girlfriend who's a lawyer had to point it out to them
- they didn't show up to do the inventory on time
- they didn't send us a copy of the inventory for a month (even though the deadline for us to challenge anything was two weeks after the inspection)
- our boiler broke down and they took nearly two weeks to get it fixed
- we wanted to switch from prepayment to a credit meter for energy, and they either didn't know or chose not to tell us that it was our right to do so (that's a basic bit of legislation any professional property management firm should know; we Googled it in ten seconds)
- we've arranged three lots of minor repairs to things in the flat, and each time their workman hasn't arrived and we've had to reschedule (I'm writing this while waiting for a workman who hasn't arrived)
- they've failed to keep in touch with us about repairs through various incompetent means. My favourite is chasing an email they were due to send us, only to find out they had actually sent it to themselves.

Met with Viv and the team at the La Casa office to discuss a property investment project. We spoke at length with regards the legalities and pitfalls of the project but more importantly, the solutions.
I left knowing exactly what tweaking was necessary to ensure the project met with a good start and it's all thanks to the team at La Casa.
Definite first port of call for ANYTHING property related.
