Throughout my tenancy, they dealt with everything promptly and professionally, which made renting completely stress-free. Any queries or issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Called in 3 times to arrange a viewing. Someone on the other line took down details for 5 minutes but have had no response ever. No emails, no call backs. They couldnt even confirm if they had the property on the market. I think they are outsourcing their call pickup service and so the person on the other line is clueless.
