Had a good experience. The viewing was arranged promptly, both flats I viewed looked exactly like the photos. I appreciated that there wasn't the usual rushing and pressuring for a fast decision. I ended up renting one of the flats, and I've also been happy with the communication during the contract signing and since I moved in. So all in all, it's probably the best estate agency I rented through so far.... Read more

Tried to book a viewing for a property advertised through this estate agent but was met with unprofessionalism and disorganisation. After multiple days of waiting, during which time the agent we were initially dealing with apparently went on leave without handing over their work to anyone else, we were no closer to having a viewing arranged. We were then informed that the property advertised as being available unfurnished was in fact not available as such without paying some extortionate extra fee. You would think that if you can afford to spend more than the median UK salary on rent that you would be treated to an ultra-premium service but this felt like dealing with people with the professionalism and dedication of the characters from Stath Lets Flats.... Terrible estate agents My boyfriend and I were interested in viewing multiple 2 bedroom apartments with air con around London - specifically Canary Wharf and Nine Elms and it was impossible to get a viewing for the properties we were interested in despite being newly listed on Zoopla & Rightmove. I had called twice trying to arrange a viewing and was promised I'd be sent property details and to arrange a viewing. No one from the Lettings Team ever sent me any addresses or arranged a viewing the last 3 days. When I had mentioned a third time, I was told that the person I was originally dealing with is on annual leave and no one from Lettings Team could help me. Also the person who I spoke with this afternoon did not speak good english and did not seem to understand why I was unhappy with the serve I've received so far from this estate agents. I'm very disappointed that we have been ignored and treat with a lot of disrespect. Just going through this process wouldn't make me want to buy a property from this estate agent. Also FYI as a potential customer / client is not my problem or issue that you are short-staffed and don't have the capacity to arrange viewings due to having a small lettings team. Hire more people - there's plenty of people who would want to work for you and stop taking all the commission and profits.... Read more

As a landlord I found them to not be impartial as they have a too cosy a relationship with companies they work with to find housing for their employees. The staff are still mainly WFH and difficult to get hold of anyone to speak to. Voicemails left and emails sent are not replied to in a timely manner. Overall they do not support landlords when the tenants are problematic or cause financial damage.... Read more

We are very pleased with our experience with REDAC. Relo Redac Strattons Ltd. I highly recommend. I am not the type who writes reviews, this is actually the first time I write a review. However, I decided to share my experiences this time. I called their office to book a viewing, and I spoke to Charles Campanero. Not only did I find the staff helpful and polite but also friendly and very professional. We are very grateful for all advice and information given to us. I found that all advice and information given to us about the flat were honest and reliable. In my opinion and previous experiences, I find it rare to find companies in general but specially (estate agencies) that are actually interested in understanding what prospect tenants are looking for. However, I found the staff at REDAC very aware of this, that is: I find that their customer services focuses on the client - prospect tenants, not just on goals. I also believe that now days when conducting business (renting a properly) it is very important to observe what companies say and what they actually do. With REDAC, they took care of everything, and they followed up with everything they said they would do, from the start to finish. Also, I think it is important to emphasise on how REDAC looks after and manages landlords' properties. From the state of the flat: professionally cleaned, and on how they provide instructions and assistance to tenants. If I had a property to rent out, I would handle the keys to REDAC as I found them trustworthy! In summary, in my personal experience, I am pleased with REDAC, and I highly recommend as they have assisted me, and continues to assist me, and are always available. I hope this helps.
