At the beginning, this agency was nice , and friendly. They made a great impression and even asked me to leave them a positive review — which I did. I now deeply regret that.
After a few weeks, everything changed. I had to constantly chase them every single month just to get my rent paid. Then the tenant moved out without paying all outstanding bills, and the agency initially said they would handle it.
Since then, they have completely ignored me. They don’t answer my calls or messages and have taken no responsibility at all.
Very unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing. For 3 months payments have been late and have needed to be chased (agent issue not a tenant issue). Phone calls are not returned. Promised actions not done. Such a shame as the first 3 months were good.

Louis Cave and his team were brilliant im helping us sell my sister’s house
From our first meeting with Louis the professional approach of the company shone through.
The process was explained in an easy to understand manner.
The company had potential buyers with mortgages already to buy.
They dealt with all potential buyers keeping us informed every step of the way. Gaining a realistic and honest price for her property.
The communication of all the staff is second to none and all have a wonderful positive attitude.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all people interested in selling a property.

While it’s clear from other reviews that some people have had a very positive experience with Jacob Knights, unfortunately, mine has been quite the opposite. I have been in the property for nearly two months and still have not received a confirmed tenancy start date, which has caused issues with my deposit as the deposit company requires this information.
Despite emailing multiple times and calling on several occasions, I have not received any response. I also have not been told how or when to pay rent, and my move-in experience was poor, with several repairs left unresolved. Due to the lack of communication, I am now probably in rent arrears through no fault of my own, as I have not been given any payment details or instructions.
Overall, the lack of communication, organisation, and follow-up has made this experience very frustrating and disappointing.
