Absolute scam. Stay away from these crooks.
I gave this company full management of my rental property. The tenants paid their rent on time every single month for three months, yet this company has stolen nearly three months of my rent and transferred nothing to me.
They have lied repeatedly — first bank holidays, then accounting problems, then sick manager, then claiming their company is being taken over. They are now trying to change their name to escape complaints. Classic scammer tactics.
I am now in overdraft and cannot pay my mortgage because these thieves are holding my money hostage.
I will be taking legal action immediately and exposing them everywhere.
Total fraudsters. Do not trust them with a single penny.

This company still owes me a month’s rent and the tenant’s deposit.
Over two months later, despite repeated chasing, they have still not released the funds.
Very concerning for any landlord — I am now having to consider court action to recover my own money.
Avoid.

Used to be Sanderson James and then the new company took over. Looks like history has repeated itsellf. I just don’t think it’s fair at all. Treating customers landlords and honest people like this
