Used to be Sanderson James and then the new company took over. Looks like history has repeated itsellf. I just don’t think it’s fair at all. Treating customers landlords and honest people like this

At the beginning, this agency was nice , and friendly. They made a great impression and even asked me to leave them a positive review — which I did. I now deeply regret that.
After a few weeks, everything changed. I had to constantly chase them every single month just to get my rent paid. Then the tenant moved out without paying all outstanding bills, and the agency initially said they would handle it.
Since then, they have completely ignored me. They don’t answer my calls or messages and have taken no responsibility at all.
Very unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing. For 3 months payments have been late and have needed to be chased (agent issue not a tenant issue). Phone calls are not returned. Promised actions not done. Such a shame as the first 3 months were good.
