Just moved from Sutton to Lancashire. After careful consideration we decided to use James Bailey to sell our house in Sutton. James has a boutique agency, not a chain, so you receive a professional and personal service. The first time we met James he was extremely positive about our house, confident he could sell it quickly and for a very good price. Indeed it sold for more than we anticipated, so we are very happy. The photographer who James uses staged our house superbly and spent over 2 hours taking the photos both inside and outside. The staff who work with James were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and all offered support, kindness and advice during the sales process. A big shout out to Katharine, Sabrina, Jessica, Jess, Liam and Fern. We would overwhelmingly recommend James Bailey to sell your house. Found it very weird that after we put in an offer on a property James Bailey were selling, and it was accepted, they refused to flag the property as under offer. For a big chunk of the process the property was still marketed for sale even though we had spent money on solicitors and surveys. I don't know of any other Estate Agent who do this and we really didn't appreciate it.
That said, Katharine, Sabrina and Jess were great and deserve 5 stars. James Bailey and this process is why I'm only giving them 3 stars.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina when she came to evaluate my property, and I met her and Katherine again during an event. They are such a lovely team, so fond of each other. Not only are they very professional, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do, but they are also very involved in the community and are always ready to give back. James is also very active on social media with very useful tips and supporting local businesses, sports clubs, and local events. I am planning to sell my property next year to buy another one, and I don't need to look around for which agent will be the best choice for us because I already know that it will be them! First time selling my flat and James Bailey has been very helpful from the beginning to the end . A special thanks to Sabrina she was very efficient and informative about the whole process. They proactively gave me feedback after each viewing and gave me insight from the buyer. I can't appreciate it more. I found it quite uncommon that the estate agent arrives on time to show the buyer the property for viewing but James Bailey never arrived late and always arrived at least 5 mins before the scheduled time so the buyer doesn't need to wait for nothing. Those little details make a huge difference for the customer experience compared to the other agents.
In short I recommend James Bailey to the others and I will definitely work with them again if I need any support in the future.

He was incredibly helpful and honest in showing the different locations and finding something we were looking for and without being pushy and being honest about all questions. James was incredibly supportive and thorough with communication, liaising with us, the previous tenants and the landlord. To cut it short, we could not have found and moved in to the property of our dreams in what felt like the blink of an eye without his assistance. Cannot recommend enough!!

I can’t thank James and his team enough. We was previously with a well known company and had a lot of issues, we nearly took a lower offer as we felt so defeated and maybe a bit pressured after good offers on the table, but then being let down.
After speaking to James we decided to go for it and wow, James and the ladies were so helpful and professional and we sold really quick over the asking price!!
