Estate agents often get a bad name, but Cromwells in Cheam Village have been brilliant. In particular, Nicky Gilbert at Cromwells has been a complete godsend. We had a really difficult purchase and she consistently chased its progress and kept us updated (and kept me calm!), all the while placating our own buyers. I can not thank her enough and can not sing her praises high enough! Many thanks to Nicky (a real asset to the company) and all at Cromwells. I really believe that without Nicky's expertise our chain would have collapsed and we would have had to start all over again.... Read more

I was buying a property on behalf of my mother. My initial contact with Cromwells was positive and a viewing was arranged. I met Nicky at the flat and she was very personable and friendly. She allowed me and my partner time to look around and gave her personal thoughts. Without further delay, I made an offer which was accepted….Although the sale of my mother’s house became protracted, I was in regular contact with Nicky via email and phone calls. She was very contactable and provided more updates and reassurance than my own agent for the sale of my mother’s house. Consequently, she managed to keep me calm in what became quite a stressful situation. My dealings with Cromwells and specifically, Nicky were very positive. If it wasn’t for her understanding and calming nature, there was a good chance the sale could have fallen through. My mother is happy in her new home, thanks to Nicky and Cromwells.... Read more
