James is a fantastic estate agent, though he goes above and beyond what you’d normally expect from that role.
From first contact, he was simultaneously friendly and professional, and we felt at ease with him straight away. This was confirmed by our initial meeting where James showed genuine enthusiasm for our rather unique house but also a depth of knowledge and expertise that surpassed our expectations.
Our criteria for appointing an estate agent was largely based on how confident we’d feel as potential buyers being shown around a house by him: needless to say, he impressed us so much that we appointed him there and then. This has been a decision we haven’t once regretted.
Throughout the process, James has been available for any questions, worries or conversations, and been both helpful and reassuring. The fact it has been the same person dealing with our house and at the end of the phone has meant we’ve received exemplary client care: to a level that is pretty unique these days.
Furthermore, James’s previous experience as a surveyor proved invaluable when showing people around our Victorian property: we totally trusted him to do it justice while also being honest and authentic. As a result, he secured us a fantastic buyer and has helped ensure the legal process has gone as quickly and smoothly as it possibly could (in just over 2 months from offer to completion). In this current climate especially, that’s no mean feat!
I honestly can’t thank James enough for his hard work, friendliness and dedication. It goes without saying that I recommend him without hesitation and would employ his services again in a heartbeat.

There are estate agents and there are Super estate agents! James superpower was simply make this process so less stressful to what it could be and always there when needed to answer any questions to calm me down ????.
We went with James after viewing a property he was advertising, and the difference between him and the other agents was night and day.
James wasn't intrusive, he just let us be. When needed for any information it was there.
He advertised our house beautifully and went the extra mile when we were away on holiday.
