We did not sell through James & Co. The property was on the market with them for some time: selling proved difficult due to covid and, being a retirement property, it is a niche market. I don’t believe that James & Co. did anything wrong but we decided on a change of agent and, possibly by chance, it sold within a relativity short time.... Read more
