We viewed and offered on a property listed by these agents. Our offer was accepted. What a mistake, they kept stringing us along for a month. Turns out the owners never intended to sell the house. A full month later the agents informed us without apologizing that the vendors have changed their mind. If you are viewing any properties with them, make sure to have a backup property. Can never be sure if they have just listed the house to gauge the market. Insist on the paper work to begin by a fixed date. Pull out if things are not progressing... Read more
