Avoid if you can, as a Tenant everything was ok until I tried to get my deposit back after the tenancy agreement ended. The flat was left very clean and not problems on the check out. Then they asked me an invoice of a professional cleaner that was not on the contract, they wanted to take money from my deposit for not reason. I asked many times for them to explain the problem so I could solve it. But they never did because there was no problem, they just wanted to try to take my deposit for not reason what I find dishonest and unlawful. Luckily, I know my rights and after a couple of letters they had to return the money but it was a waste of time. I think this dishonest company always try to take money from your deposit and if you let them, they will take it all.... Read more

My wife and I just completed the sale of our first home and want to thank the team at Jennings & Barrett for their help over this time. We had been renting accommodation through Jennings for several years before we bought our 1st home.
