In my experience Belvoir have been wonderful Agents for me when I was living in my uni home. For two years they made ends meet and always gave me a polite response when coming to them with a query. The areas in which the agency are in, (Sidcup) is a competitive market for agencies that take on students and they are one if not the best! A personal mention to Linda because she always went above and beyond to ensure myself and my flatmates were happy with the house and entered and ended our contract smoothly and swiftly. Thank you to the whole team you are all wonderful.

An amazing Letting Agent. My tenants recently had no water to their flat. Both the Water Company and Management Company would take no responsibility. David and Linda from Belvoir worked over and above the call of duty to get this fixed. David pretty much gave up his Bank Holiday weekend in May making calls and arranging for tradesman to try to sort out the issue. He kept the tenants constantly up-dated throughout. The issue was found to be a faulty valve in the car park. A big thank you.

We have been using Belvior to let our two properties in Sidcup for 8 months now and couldn't be happier. The level of service we get from the team (Linda in particular) is brilliant, we feel that they actually care about the ongoing relationship with us and the tenant rather than just getting someone in the door. We use another (larger) letting agent for properties in Maidstone and Belvior absolutely put them to shame. Thanks for providing such a great service!

I’m a self employed Cleaner and I have to say that Belvoir is a good company to work with. Their staff are friendly and easy to deal with. They understand the nature of the work and are efficient and considerate.

Belvoir (and particularly Joanne Weir) have supported me over the last few years with some complicated tenancy renewals where my tenant's circumstances had changed but also where guarantors and new referencing has been required. At all times the challenge has been approached with a "can do" attitude and with a real sense that we could get to the desired outcome all round in the smoothest possible way. Great example of an agent who focuses on user experience and takes the pain out of the process.

I have had one of the best experiences with belvoir in sidcup. Joanne was helpful, friendly and professional since the day I walked in the door enquiring about a property to rent. Throughout a nearly 2 year rental contract I have had quick responses, amazing advice and first hand and reasonable understanding when any issues have arose. Joanne has been an absolute gem and credit to this company as I will admire belvoir from the service i have been given from her. We bought a house and were gutted to leave our flat but were given a fair and lovely experience on an early tenancy termination. Christie was amazing with helping with us and finding a new tenant for the property and overall I have been delighted and supported throughout such a stressful time with moving/purchasing my first home.
