I used Jeremy Leaf years ago when I rented out my flat and I was very impressed with them then. I had to sell my flat this year and I spoke to pretty much most of the local estate agents from independents to the larger ones. Jeremy Leaf were the only ones that really understood the unique circumstances of my block of flats and as a result their presentation contained more tailored market research, which was very impressive. Danielle and Mike did the presentation and I instantly warmed to both of them. Both so nice and human. My issue is that I find most estate agents quite arrogant, suited and booted and dismissive. It was so refreshing meeting Danielle, a professional, female estate agent who talks to you like a human, clearly knows what she is doing and is so unbelievably kind. She is a stand out in my opinion and she is the main reason I went with this agency.
I trusted this agency immediately and they sold my flat within a few weeks. Robin was the agent who managed the sale and he was great too. They all went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them as an agency enough. I'd like to thank the whole team for their outstanding service.

We've had an absolutely amazing experience with Jeremy Leaf & Co, right from the start, with them showing us the properties to picking up the keys.
Terri drove us to the properties we wanted to see, answered all our questions, took us back to a property we wanted to see again without any questions.
Once we found the property we wanted, Katrin took over, she is very professional and super responsive to emails, making sure everything runs smoothly. If there are any issues, she's there to quickly rectify.
She sets up all your energy and tax bills with the option to change make moving in as hassle free as possible.

I was a tenant with this estate agent and we had signed a contract that said they would not raise the rent by over 5%
They raised the by >15% after 1 year.
When I pointed to the contract they said they had no legal obligation and the 5% maximum the stated couldn't be legally enforced. They are correct, tenants have no rights here, but it's a scummy thing to do.
Their "extenuating circumstances" for raising it above 5% was that the market changed they would loose out on money. Let's all be glad fixed mortgage lenders can't pull that one.
So when dealing with these people know that you have nothing more than your minimum legal rights regardless of what they say or claim. They will go back on their words if it benefits them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They took my money for no reason, and in the end, we didn’t even manage to rent the house. It honestly feels like they do this on purpose just to scam people out of their money. Especially Terri, one of their agents – she is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she not help us, but she also made the whole process a nightmare. We were left without renting a house, and they showed no care or effort to resolve anything. Completely unacceptable!

When I came back down to London in the 2020s I went straight back to them as I knew I could trust them and they were always transparent and fair with their terms. It's ALWAYS important to read the tenancy reservation form and agreements and make sure that it states that the deposit is refundable before paying any money!!!
Jeremy Leaf & Co are scammers. They asked for a 1 week deposit so that I could secure the property. After I paid the deposit, they told me that my credit score and my income didn't meet the required standard. Afterwards they refused to refund my deposit of £600 because it is non-refundable. I've reported it to the police and bank but unfortunately I've not got my boney back. God will punish these evil estate agents.

I'm very happy with the service! A special mention to Terry, who was always very helpful, responsive and friendly. I had to move in the middle of the lockdown and I counted with their support to make things happen smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jeremy Leaf. Thank you!

An excellent experience from start to finish - quick responses, comprehensive answers to all questions and a great deal of flexibility at a time where I was really struggling to juggle moving house and work commitments. Katrin was fantastic, and streets ahead of any other letting agent I have dealt with in the past.
