My experience with Adam Heyes Estate Agents was positive overall. I felt in good hands throughout the purchase, with Rebecca as my main contact and support from Seta and Mark when needed.
As a first-time buyer, the process was stressful and longer than I expected. At times, I felt in limbo and unsure why things were taking so long, but the team reassured me that they were chasing the missing information on my behalf.
I do wish there had been a designated person to guide me through the entire process, as this would have helped me feel more informed and supported. Despite this, the team was professional, approachable, and helpful, and I appreciate their support in completing my first property purchase.

Ouali & Seta worked tirelessly to progress the sale to completion in a difficult market. They provided endless help which included chasing a very slow moving buyers solicitor on a regular basis who lacked any urgency, proactivity and communication skills from Osbournes Law, Camden (definately would not recommend) right until the final day so that the buyer and myself could get the deal done.

I had the privilege to go about viewing properties around East Finchley Road with Mr Freddie Brodin of Adam and Hayes estate agents one weekend in March 2021.
Freddie is very courteous , knowledgeable , informative and helped us in a
great way, all along right from the first phone call. First he quickly understood what we wanted , and showed us only those that we were most likely to buy based on our feedback on the few properties we had seen with him.
Post viewing, Freddie kept us fully informed of the process , walked an extra mile to help us find solicitors, mortgage advisors. we just needed to name it and he had answers for all the questions we had.
Even so , Whenever we were stuck , I always felt like ask Freddie , he would have an answer and we did get responses at all times doesn’t matter the time of the day . I’d heard horror stories about London realty agents before moving, but Adam Hayes was fantastic from beginning to end! I enquired about one flat that I saw online, but as it had been claimed very quickly, Max at Adam Hayes immediately arranged to show me another rental property in the same area and around the same price. He was very responsive, informative, and courteous and quickly arranged a viewing of the flat with me via video chat while I was in quarantine! The arrangements to get references checked and everything sorted through Adam Hayes went reasonably quickly, just a week or so; Mandy in the office was also incredibly helpful throughout that process, answering our questions patiently and keeping us updated on progress. I would recommend Adam Hayes a million times over and will definitely contact Max again if I move in the future.

With him, we were able to promptly organise viewings of properties that fit our specifications. When we had decided on a flat, he negotiated with the landlord, so at our property we are even allowed to modify the garden to suit the needs of our indoor cats.

I can't say enough about Yasser and his team including Ercan and Charlie. My house has been on the market since June of 2017 and it was no fault of Adam Hayes as I had no less than 3 offers and they all backed out for various reasons. The added issue was that I live in the United States and negotiations and the time difference made it even more challenging but Yasser never gave up,. He and his team were extremely professional, patient and hard-working. When my home finally went into contract exchange at a price that Yasser negotiated in my favour, Yasser did not stop there. He arranged tree surveys, he arranged furniture removal all on his own time. He never complained. I am above and beyond grateful for having walked into his high street agency by chance... If you go with another agency for any of your real estate needs, you are missing out on a great service and superb customer service!

After the initial survey, we asked to arrange 4 other experts (e.g. electricians, roofers, etc.) to look at specific areas that were highlighted in the survey.
