12 appointments in 3 hours on viewing day resulting in 6 offers several above guide price for our Cottingley property. These guys know what they are doing!
We were a little unsure about using JI Estates over the larger more established agent in the area but the results speak for themselves.
We recommended them to a friend who got very similar results.
Superb personal service from Steve and the team, glad we went with and glad to recommend JI Estates.
