We have just used the services of John German to sell our house. The experience from start to finish has been amazing. From the lovely Matt who marketed the house, the great ladies at the Uttoxeter branch who sorted a buyer on the same day that the house was put online and the absolutely AMAZING Vicky Hughes, sales progresser at Burton. Without Vicky chasing all parties and progressing the sale, we would still be going through the process. Every house seller needs a Vicky, we can't thank her enough for all her help. She has fantastic customer skills and was always cheery and positive. We have bought and sold through JG at Uttoxeter and each time we have had brilliant service, all the office staff are super efficient and friendly. Will use them again and would recommend in a heartbeat.
I would just like to add that Matt Slater played a huge part in our house sale. When we were getting it ready for market, he gave us invaluable advice on where to spend and not spend our money to reach the properties maximum potential. His advice was honest and so helpful. His photo's and video tour were amazing. Thanks to Matt, the house sold on the first day, to the first viewers for full asking. I don't believe it was pure luck, these agents know their stuff. Finally regained possession of a property JG let for us. The tenant they placed stopped paying rent after the second month of occupancy, yet JG (based just steps away from the property) wouldn’t even knock on the tenant’s door to have a conversation. In all my experience with agents across the country, I’ve never encountered service this poor.

I visited a couple of Estate Agents in Uttoxeter and John German offered, what it seemed at the time, a better value package. And they certainly delivered as promised, in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner. The property needed to be sold quickly and auction was recommended. They were 'spot on' with their advice and guide price. The whole process was owned by John German, from showing people around, liaising with Solicitors, marketing etc, and they attended the actual auction. They provided regular updates along the way. The stress of selling the house was taken away and they provided all the support that was needed. A remarkable and very recommended Estate Agent, Thank you.

The first time I've ever used an estate agents and there are plenty to choose from in this town. After visiting 4 we decided to use John German and we were not disappointed. I felt that I was give straightforward advice and had a clear idea of the costs involved. Found some of the others had a few hidden costs. Matt and the team were fantastic all the way through what was a lengthy sale (due to our buyers solicitors) and kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend them to anyone thinking about moving.
