After not having this smoothest start to our home buying journey, Jacob really went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to have the smoothest transition. Jacob kept us informed virtually everyday to ensure that we understood perfectly what was happening behind closed doors. He took the stress off us and chased our solicitors regularly to ensure that we had the correct information. Our little boy was adamant to get the golden key for our new home and unfortunately we missed Jacob in the office when we went to pick up our keys. However Jacob left a little golden key out for our son so he was able to feel part of the process which was really really thoughtful!
Alongside Jacob both Emma and Claire assisted us with this process! They’ve all been absolutely fabulous in assisting us with our first home purchase! They have always answered our questions and calls. We cannot recommend them enough!

Having used Allen Morris for a 18 months to try and sell the property and with a failed sale it was time to change estate agents and so I signed with John Goodwin having met David. We dealt with Emma and Jacob in the Upton office throughout. I can honestly say that their service has been second to none, particularly Emma who went out of her way to be the conduit between the buyer and ourselves when solicitors Weren’t as quick to deal with things as we had hoped they would be. Emma was kind, thoughtful efficient and nothing was too much trouble. This had been our family home for many years and she treated it sensitively. We recently purchased our bungalow through John Goodwin Estate agents in Upton-Upon-Severn. The whole experience from the outset was professional and friendly. Emma and Jacob were the people we dealt with for the purchase, both of them communicated with us throughout keeping us updated as to progress and answering any queries promptly. I would like to say a massive thank you to John Goodwins Estate Agents of Upton Upon Severn for selling my property in such a swift and professional manner.
In all the years that i have bought and sold properties i have never been supported through the process as much as I have with John Goodwins of Upton Upon Severn. The staff were just fantastic and had an incredible knowledge of who was looking for a property of that type so that they could put them forward as a prospective buyer. Of course that is the sign of a good agent.
The viewings started immediately and within 7 days my property had a buyer. I could not believe it and was amazed at the hard work that the dedicated staff had put into selling my property. They even went as far as recommending a brilliant conveyancing solicitor who in turn pushed the sale through from start to finish within 5 weeks.
Just to add to this brilliance we are talking of a sale in November 2018 and as you can imagine it is not an easy task to sell a property at that time of year but John Goodwins of Upton Upon Severn did.
I speak very highly of all the team there and as I say would like to thank them for their wonderful expertise. Dedication to the end.
