Nicol and Co. give you a 'ready to sell' booklet with lots of tips on how to set up your house for sale. You can pick and choose what you do or not do. They had our house up for sale, videoed and sold within two weeks. They also offer unique features like an in-house service to help get you ready to sell. They help you with your fixtures and fittings, boundaries. They will discuss your deeds, certificates and guarantees and warranties. All this takes the pressure off you finding our information when it becomes time-sensitive. They answer the phone when you call, they support the local community with donations. As a seller we got to choose a charity for £100 to go to. As a buyer they give out a welcome pack. Their costs are upfront and include all of the above. As a local family run business they can really give the big named agents a run for their money!... Read more
