As a Landlord of a property, I have being using J P Executive Lettings for the past 10 years - throughout this time the communication and service provided has always been fantastic. They take the stress out of finding reliable trustworthy tenants which is always taken care of in a timely manner resulting in no unoccupied loss of rent between tenancy changes. In addition, never in 10 years have I had a late payment from the carefully screened and sourced tenants they refer. J P Executive also manage in terms of guidelines and legislation as part of the tenancy agreements. Additional services such as contacts/tradespeople are also available if and when needed (deep cleans between tenancy changes and EPC certs). I highly recommend Jamie and the team, I personally would not use anyone else when it comes to a service partner for my property.... Read more

Do not do business with this people. They tried to scam me £350 from my deposit for cleaning fees. Upon asking for a receipt (both me and deposit scheme) they sent a 3 years ago date receipt. Then they ghosted me. Also they tried to go behind me telling the deposit scheme I did agree to give them that amount. Luckily deposit scheme gave me all my money back. Such a dishonest company.... Both my partner and I been trying to book viewings, it was a terrible experience. They give late replies, I understand they are busy but still. I was going to travel from London all the way to Cardiff but glad I didn’t as I would of wasted time and money. He told me that the property was rented but offered my partner a viewing (of course he didn’t know we was together) but you can imagine the lies he’s probably telling people as clearly it was still available if my partner gor offered a viewing. My partner got offered a video viewing but we got sent the wrong property then said he would send the right video but did we hear back? Nope. Complete waste of time, I definitely wouldn’t recommend to travel from far unless you live in Cardiff already but even then, don’t bother..... Read more

Doesn’t answer emails, texts, phone calls etc. The only reason I put up with this farce is because I was buying a property and he was the Vendors only estate agent. If you’re selling/looking to let, there are way better agents out there for you to deal with.... Read more

Cancelled a booking less than three hours before appointment time, because he "couldn't get the key" when aware that I was making a long journey specifically for the viewing. Cancelled by text then didn't reply to any further communications or pick up the phone. Waste of a day and a £50 train ticket.... Read more

We rented a property that was managed by JP lettings. Most of the time they were very quick in resolving issues, although we encountered very few issues during our stay (nearly 3 years). On leaving the property, within a week JP lettings returned our deposit in full. I strongly recommend their services.... Read more
