Sophie and the team at JPM have managed both the Sale of our house and the purchase of our new house as they marketed both.<br>Sophie was fabulous. From the first interactions on the phone, to coming and valuing our house, she was friendly and efficient and very on it with everything.<br>Her regular contact with the solicitors to ensure we remained up to date and moving through each stage really helped us get on with moving into our new home as quickly as possible.<br>The rate is fixed so no sneaky charges either and you know what you’re getting, which is a great service. Money-wise, you get what you pay for. There may be cheaper agents out there, but none that offer this level of care and support. I’ve used Sophie and Rosie on a previous sale and wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again.

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Rosie, Sophie and Rik. I can not thank them all enough for making the selling of our home so simple!
I had a poor experience with a previous estate agent, the moment I changed services I was able to compare the professionalism to what I received previously. Riks was polite and gave attention to detail in all the photos.
Our home was sold in weekend and 8 weeks later we moved into our new home! Sophie was fantastic in explaining what I needed to do as I have not moved house for 22 years!
Nothing was too much trouble; I know behind the scenes both Rosie and Sophie were organising everyone to make sure the completion went as smoothly as possible.
All I can say is what a difference it made changing estate agents!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We began our journey with another estate agent and had a totally different experience and decided to change after being treated badly and try JPM. We immediately saw a huge difference in both attitude and quality. JPM took literally 10 times longer doing the photographs, included a 360 tour , were more competent with right move and proactive with viewings and advice. They were also several hundred pounds cheaper. Sophie and Rosie are amazing at their jobs and it is clearly a vocation. They go out of their way to help and advise. My advice to anyone comparing estate agents is do not be swayed by an agent having an office in a prominent physical office or saccharine social media. James - the owner of JPM - is also extremely local and is very knowledgeable , particularly in the fox valley estate. We would never use anyone different now. Thankyou so much to all involved.

If your looking for somebody to sell your house look no further Sophie at jpm looked after us every step of the way. Sophie took us on after being mistreated by one of the bigger estate agency’s originally we thought you get better treatment with a bigger estate agents but let me tell you your just a number. JPM came to the rescue when we were considering taking our house off the market. Sophie came round gave us a realistic valuation not over inflated figures was totally honest with us about what they could get us for our property and within a week of going on the market we sold. The photos were brilliant they take there time with the photos don’t rush and get feedback from every viewing you receive within a day or two they chase the viewings up straight away. Then they don’t just stop there once you’ve sold your property Sophie touched base with us weekly with updates etc and was always at the other end of the phone with any help she could give us. If you want honest, hardworking and reliable people then look no further they earn every penny you pay them and they were really well priced compared to the so called big estate agents. We highly recommend JPM they were first class
