We sold our house with Julian Reid in March 2025. Having interviewed several estate agents, we chose Julian Reid, for their helpful approach and local reputation. Bernadine handled our sale from the initial open house event until completion. She negotiated with multiple potential buyers and helped us through every stage of the process. Bernadine was professional, efficient and superb at communication. She went out of her way to pursue essential information and speak to solicitors and other agents in the chain so that deadlines weren't missed. It was daunting to sell our house after 30 years, but Bernadine at Julian Reid made it happen.

This is a top notch estate agency, they exemplify the exact opposite of the usual (mostly correct) stereotype of London estate agents. Fair pricing, nothing is too much trouble, and they know the market very well. I bought and sold a flat using their services. We would use them again.

Best estate agents in Stoke Newington. I have both bought my flat and rented it out though Julian Reid over a ten year period - each time service, calmness, responsiveness and kindness has been exemplary. They also really know the area and the market and are not making empty promises. And putting in the extra mile.
