When my partner and I were buying our home, Nick looked after us throughout the whole process.
Once the offers were approved and the purchase was in progress, Nick would call us every day - sometimes multiple times - to ensure that we had the very latest updates on progress. This was so reassuring as we knew that it was in the best hands possible.
We were first time buyers and didn't know much about the process, but Nick made it easy for us to understand everything.

In 6 months of property hunting, and over 15 viewings, Julia was by far the best estate agent I worked with. From the first email, she was friendly and informative, she always replied quickly and concisely to keep me in the loop, and in general she went above and beyond in pushing against the current to help me out. She got me two viewings at a property with cladding issues. She dealt with Property Developers, management companies, and a tricky vendor- a communication nightmare to try and keep me best informed on all the information regarding the property, enabling me to have the best picture possible when moving towards an offer. On email, in person, on the phone, Julia was a joy to work with and if I have any requirements in future for property in North London, she would be my first point of contact. Thanks Julia!

However, the experience with their property management service was frustrating. Communication was often delayed or lacking, and I found myself chasing things up more than I should have. During the tenancy, the lack of responsiveness became especially stressful. Overall, a mixed experience, strong on lettings, but disappointing on the management side.
