We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.... Read more

A very professional organisation, with friendly staff from start to finish. We were happy to get a good sale price for our property in a matter of weeks. Our progression officer Lesley was excellent. I basically hounded her for months as we had a particularly complex chain. She remaining patient and calm through out, consistently chasing up solicitors and other people involved in the chain.... Nightmare unprofessional no one there to answer questions when solicitor and buyer needed to get in touch with them , complained but never improved , ink wasn’t dry before they billed me pity they couldn’t answer their phone or emails as quickly , said they take the stress away they only added to it would never use them again , Expensive for the bad service you get ,promise you everything but terrible stressful would not go back .... In general very poor service. Long time to sort out proper garden photos and get fully organised on right move. Also sent inexperienced staff for viewings which resulted in a longer period to sell the property. After sales service could have been better as well as slow response meant I had to move out quicker than anticipated. If a response had been acted on when I requested it I could probably have stayed in the house until I moved into my new house as it meant that people down the chain had given up their rental accommodation.
