We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.

Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?
