Moving is a stressful experience as we all know, but the staff at Kearns were always there to guide me through 'troubled waters' & reassure me that all was under control. We rented our house through Kearns. I must say that they are a nice group of people. Professional and helpful. I am very pleased we selected them.
We had rented out our house before, once via an agency and once directly. This time we decided to use an agency.
They have been very supportive as it is not such an easy thing to negotiate, especially if you are living aboard.
I also still think of our house as our home, and maybe one day I will return to live again in Ruislip. As I discovered it's a nice place.

We used Kearns for a Probate Valuation. I spoke to Jessica first. She was so kind abour our situation and really efficient. The Valuation was easily set up for the next day. Both John and Jessica arrived to do the valuation. I found them friendly, relaxed and knowledgable. They were generous with their time. I asked for their details of how they sell properties and they were happy to share with no pressure. I was particularly impressed that they set up a WhatsApp group with clients so communications are quick and easy.

I found them to be very efficient and professional. They valued the bungalow at a sensible price and found a buyer for that price and they also found a bungalow of our choice in the Ruislip area.
