Maray at Kearns Residential did a great job handling our purchase. As first time buyers in a complex property chain, we needed someone who’d keep us in the loop — and she did exactly that.<br><br>She stayed in regular contact throughout, was easy to reach, and on exchange and completion dates she was on hand straight away. The chain itself took about six months before everything aligned and we could exchange, but we always felt informed along the way.<br><br>Happy to recommend her.

We employed Kearns to market our old house on the recommendation of friends and neighbours who had good experience with them. Jessica Parker popped over to assess the house and agreed a price and was friendly, professional and realistic in the expectations for the sale. We quickly found a buyer and Stevie Flaherty took over as our main contact and she was brilliant and supportive throughout, despite some protracted flip-flopping from our buyer. Our sale completed this morning. I would highly recommend Kearns if you're selling a house in Ruislip or surrounding areas.

I used Kearns Estsre Agents to recently sell my mother’s apartment. It was an incredibly stressful time as I had to put her into a carehome. The staff at the Ruislip Office were amazing. So professional and helpful with admin and paperwork and dealing with the solicitors. But also so grateful for their emotional support and empathy, they were outstanding,. So please, if you have a property to sell in the future, then I can’t recommend them enough ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????

Kaitlin and Callum were absolutely fantastic !!! They recently sold my property, and we could not be happier with the service we received, they went above and beyond, keeping us fully informed every step of the way.
