My experience with Kearns Residential was flawless. Callum and Kaitlin went above and beyond, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Estate agents sometimes get a bad rap, but this has been anything but my experience with Kearns.<br><br>We received a sensible valuation on the property from Callum - we were not provided a sensationalist and overly optimistic price and we were not lowballed either.<br><br>Within around 2 weeks we had not only received multiple viewings but had competing offers close to our listing price.<br><br>Of course we were delighted to secure an offer so quickly, and at around the asking price, but where Callum and the team really stood out was their support throughout the process from start until completion. The team - and Callum in particular - were always available promptly to answer any questions we had, help chase up conveyancers and keep us generally in the loop. I also felt they never made overly-optimistic promises to us either, which I appreciated.<br><br>5* without a shadow of a doubt.

We had an excellent experience with Kearns Residential, particularly with Maray, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>From the initial viewing through to completion, Maray was consistently friendly, professional and extremely prompt in responding to our questions. She was always open and honest, kept us updated, and accommodated our requests wherever possible.<br><br>Maray was especially helpful when negotiations were taking place or when parts of the process had stalled. She proactively followed up with the sellers and solicitors and did everything she could to help move matters forward. She even continued assisting us with questions after completion, which we really appreciated.<br><br>Buying a home can be stressful, but Maray’s support and communication made the process much smoother. We would happily recommend both Maray and Kearns Residential to anyone buying or selling a property in the area.

Kearns Residential have been amazing during the process of purchasing our first home! Martin showed us around the house we wanted originally and was so professional and warm and friendly, and guided us on how best to go about putting in our offer, which was so helpful for first time buyers like us. After that, both Martin and Callum were fantastic at communicating with us throughout the process, from helping get us set up with solicitors to giving us regular updates on what was going on with our sale behind the scenes. They truly went above and beyond what we’d ever expect estate agents to do for us. We are so grateful for everything Martin, Callum & the team at Kearns have done for us!
