I had a very positive experience selling my 4-bedroom detached property in Barrhead with Fraser Kelly Estate Agents. From the initial valuation through to accepting an offer, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive.
My house went under offer within a week, which really shows how well they priced and marketed the property. The photos and videos and social media marketing was spot on. Communication was excellent throughout – I was kept informed after viewings and during negotiations, which made the whole process much less stressful.

3 months before I even decided to sell my flat I had saved a video of Declans on Instagram. I knew when the right time came I would be selling with him. After seeing Declan’s videos all over social media, there was no one else I wanted to sell my flat in Glasgow. What stood out initially was the marketing, but what really impressed me was the care and professionalism invested into my sale.
From day one, Declan was always available via whatsapp at all hours of the day and night. The business model at Kelly Residential clearly gives him the freedom to operate differently. At no point from first contact to sale did I speak to anyone else.
In our first meeting he didn't over-promise just to win business. Everything felt transparent and sensible. Despite that he managed to achieve a fantastic sale price over home report value for me in only 7 days.
I am selling more properties soon and will absolutely be using Declan and Kelly Residential for these sales.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Fraser and the team in Newton Mearns.
Our flat at 15 Hill Avenue had previously been on the market with another agent for over a year without selling, which was incredibly frustrating. From the moment Fraser took it on, the difference was immediately clear. The property went live and three block viewings were arranged within just one day. On the very first day of viewings, we had four viewings, with three offers received, all over the Home Report value.
One of the offers was simply too good to refuse, coming in well above HR, and the property was sold within just a few days. Throughout the entire process, Fraser provided excellent guidance, clear communication, and honest advice, which gave us real confidence at every stage.

Fraser at Kelly Residential was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely don’t know how he juggles everything he does while still providing such a personal, attentive service.
We’ve just accepted an offer on our 3-bed detached home in Darnley, Glasgow, and Fraser’s advice, leadership and experience were instrumental in helping us achieve a fantastic result - a considerable amount above Home Report which we are totally delighted with.
The marketing was brilliant; they had a bit of fun with it, which we loved, and it really stood out. Fraser carried out all the viewings himself, which took a huge amount of pressure off us, especially as we have a new baby. Having a WhatsApp chat with real-time updates throughout the process was also a massive plus and made us feel completely in the loop at all times.

We chose to use them as we met Declan at another viewing and he was clearly well read up and prepared for his viewing as well as handing out information for the viewing which no other agent had done for us. It was an unusual property due to its location and the size of the plot, but Fraser immediately saw the potential and understood how it could best be marketed to attract the right buyer. He guided us on how to make the house ready for sale and arranged photography, video and drone footage to show the property at its best. As an added complication, we live in the south of England but Fraser and the team coordinated and hosted all the viewings and they kept us fully informed of all relevant updates throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend Finlay enough. Our new build sent out two estate agents from there books as we were going through “easy mover”. Finlay arrived to our meeting knowledgeable about our home, our estate, he was super approachable and professional. We had never sold a home before and therefore (I) had lots of questions, nothing was ever too much for Finlay. I knew straight away this is who we wanted to sell our house with!
I was super impressed on the marketing of our home. The video, drone footage and pictures were even better than I could have imagined, The images were super clear and high quality and for me stood out from the rest online!
The viewings: on our first night Finlay had arranged 6+ viewings. Finlay undertook the viewings for us which with two young kiddies made everything feel so easy and stress free! We sold within a week of going on the market and we had 5 verbal offers from only one viewing sitting.
Communication: we really appreciated the WhatsApp group that was set up with myself, husband and Finlay these made comms throughout the process super easy. Immediately after the viewings we had initial comms on how each of the buyers felt and within 24 hours a detailed follow up. We only ever had comms from Finlay himself which for me is one of the things that majorly stood out from the rest; 1 point of contact and great comms always.
Finlay was still in touch with us to make sure our sale was progressing when we accepted the offer and always provided us with great advice and even checked in with the buyers and there solicitor on how things were progressing to update us when we hadn’t heard any updates for a while.
Can’t recommend Finlay enough and will definitely choose again in the future should we be selling. 10/10 service.

I honestly can’t recommend Kelly Residential enough. I initially met Finlay when viewing a property he was selling and was immediately impressed by how professional and approachable he was. From there, I asked him to value our flat and we decided to sell through him.

Cannot recommend Finlay enough! Done his research before he arrived and knew about all the recent sold house prices in the area. Having that dedicated point person made all the difference, as he knew our property inside and out, and he was always helpful with any questions we had (of which there were many!). We're in no rush to sell again but if we do we'll be contacting Finlay and Kelly Residential.

We have just bought a little bungalow which was advertised through Kelly Residential in Newton Mearns. Fraser did the viewings and showed us round the house and the garden. He was very friendly and attentive answering our questions and he kept us informed of a closing date by telephone when we expressed an interest in the property.
When we were lucky enough to have our offer accepted Fraser and his wife Jen reached out to see how we were getting on in the lead up to our move and asked if there was anything they could help us with. Jen and I were able to arrange a suitable time for us to pick up the keys. She brought them to the house outwith her working hours.
We were also given a welcome box from Kelly Residential with some bits and pieces of food and some useful information of house related contacts we may need once we have moved in. Jen also told me if there were any questions about the house once we had moved in just to contact her.
I said to Jen when buying and selling houses previously I had never experienced the seller’s estate agent make us feel like valued clients. Fraser and his wife Jen went beyond professional with the sale of my flat. At every stage of the proceedings, from initial contact (he was recommended to me) appraisal of my flat, through to arranging the survey, he and his wife Jen were attentive and very friendly.
I was not living in the property at the time, i handed the keys to Fraser and he took care of everything (inc getting his spark to fix an electrical fuseboard issue that increased the Market value by a few thousand!!)
I was kept informed about the viewings (done by Fraser himself) every day and before long - i got an offer on my flat that was exactly what he said it would get at the top end of the range.
I am delighted, so delighted i have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody looking to sell their property.
2 Crucial factors for me was the flat fee he charges - no commission means he offers each client the SAME outstanding service, he's not going to be swayed by a potential bigger sale of a more expensive property (which with other agents that charge a 1% fee means an extra £1k in their pocket for a property worth £100k more. I've been a victim of that in the past). Secondly it was the recommendations and reviews i received about his business model -
He only takes on a few clients at a time, thus can give them a more personal and tailored approach.
So if you want to be valued as a client and receive the best service then speak to Fraser.

Fraser recently handled the sale of our flat and supported us throughout the whole process, achieving a sale price which exceeded our expectations which was an excellent outcome for us. In addition to this he was able to advise us on our purchase side, and his insights were invaluable in helping us understand the dynamics of the selling / buying processes applying in our circumstances and in our local market. It was extremely easy to communicate with him and his team directly, and it was genuinely a pleasure to deal with him at what was quite a stressful and busy time. He arranged the home report and photos, the surveyors and photographer were extremely professional. Our neighbours remarked on the quality of the marketing content which resulted in wide interest in our property and a large number of viewings. Fraser personally conducted viewings for us and we felt that potential buyers would appreciate that he was knowledgeable about the property and local area and would be responsive to any questions they would have. It was clear to us that he established great communication with potential buyers and he gave us feedback very quickly. An offer which was subject to sale of the buyer's property was secured and accepted and we were in a property chain which has an inherent element of uncertainty. We had had our offer on a property accepted however there was a risk that if our sale would not conclude within a certain timescale our seller would go back to the market as there had been other interested parties. Fraser was able to maintain great communication with our buyer and understand what was happening with her sale and along the chain affecting us. This allowed us to reassure our seller that our sale was on track. Fraser even offered to speak directly with our seller's agent to provide a direct update and assess the position on our behalf. Ultimately our sale and purchase concluded successfully, and we are very happy to have completed our house move. We felt that it was a real advantage having Fraser on our side in the process and have gone on to recommend Fraser’s service to friends and family.

Fraser and the whole team at KW have exceeded expectations at every stage of the selling process. Communications and customer service, even for our wee flat, were some of the best I've experienced from any business.
Everything from the photos, video and marketing right through to viewings and handing over the keys on the very last day was a five star experience.
Not only did they take great care of us as sellers. We could see that they took equally good care of prospective buyers.
In conducting the viewings personally Fraser was able to quite actively respond to their needs and follow up in the way most big chains just couldn't come close to.

When i contacted Finlay he came to meet me at the property that same day. Had the house on the market very quickly with great photos and drone footage. If you’re selling a house in the south side of Glasgow, don’t look anywhere else.??We gave Fraser the less than enviable task of trying to sell our house in the midst of Liz and Kwasi’s economy experiment.
In a matter of days, the market had gone from buoyant and positive, to anxious and almost grinding to a halt, but Fraser’s help and guidance throughout the process was absolutely key to us achieving an incredibly positive end result.
He organised the surveyor, photographer and listing on the appropriate channels, all backed up with a front-and-centre social media campaign, so that our home looked as good as it could, and attracted as many viewers as possible.

I cannot recommend Finlay enough,we sold with a local estate agent and thought it was okay but dealing with Finlay (who was selling us his clients house) it felt like he was looking after us as well which is the biggest compliment I could pay him

I was shown around a fantastic flat that Fraser was the estate agent for which I ultimately ended up buying.
Fraser was open with me about the flat which made him easy to trust - talking about things that would appeal to some buyers but not others, and estimated prices for a couple of small repairs etc. He was friendly and didn't exaggerate or make me feel pressured.
During negotiating the purchase price he was open about how he would serve the best interests of the seller in advising them and what sort of figure relative to the area and type of flat he would advise to take the flat off the market before subsequent viewings. I found what he said to be trustworthy and authentic and fitting with my own understanding of the market conditions at the time.
I appreciated that he kept me in the loop about interest from potential buyers on viewings on days after before I made an offer.
I also appreciated that he made sure that the keys worked and helped me get used to the lock once i bought it ( and made sure we got in the building when it turned out the front door key had been replaced and posted through the flats' letter boxes!) last minute on a Friday :)
