I have previously used kings before to purchase my first property. Now we are looking for our next home. I have been viewing properties consistently for the past few weeks through different estate agents including Kings (Ben in particular) I can happily say that I feel very very comfortable dealing with Kings.
Ben was very friendly staff, down to earth and didn’t make me feel awkward like I have with other agencies which have stopped me to wanting to deal with them. Ben is very efficient with responding to my queries. Overall a pleasant experience.

We have had a very up and down experience with selling our house, with our first buyers dropping out. However Ben was extremely positive and patient throughout. My husband communicated with Ben via phone where as I via email so he had two of us to deal with. From my perspective Ben was as helpful as he had be and keen to do his best chasing our buyers for answers. They market my house terribly so obviously there was no one interested apart from two property developers which offered me £100.000 less then the asking price. Some of them were rude and overall I felt like I was dealing with gangsters as they ganged up together which made me feel scared. I took the house of the market and I won’t use them again

We had a lot of viewing with other agencies until we tried Kings Group. Luckily we also got a good agent. Theodore was really very helpful and very knowledgeable of his work. The viewings were made easy. He was always readily available to answer calls even during out of work hours. We were happy to work with him. He worked really hard to see that the transaction pulled through. I also like the fact that the different branches of the King group work together. I mean we were referred to this branch by another of their branch. This was never the case when we were with other agencies. So I recommend them.

Onur Soylu was truly exceptional. I met them during the process of viewing houses in the Chingford area. I was impressed at he’s level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in Chingford and I’m so thankful I did.
Onur Soylu was ALWAYS available for home tours. He’s responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 15-30 minutes later.

2022 has been a particular hard year for me. Ashley was very diligent. I was facing a considerable increase in my rent that I could not afford. My landlord had increased the rent in 2021 to over and above the market rent for the property. Ashley negotiated on my behalf to stop my landlord from increasing my rent this year. This was a huge relief and meant that I could stay in my home. Without her support I would have been moving this year. A huge great big thank you Ashley, your support and service is priceless.

Alfie restored my faith in Estate Agents. My house had been on the market for over a month with another local agent. Alfie paid me a visit and his confidence was inspiring.
I changed agents and on the very first Saturday we had an offer. Sadly, it didn't work out but subsequently we had another 2 solid offers and having Alfie negotiating on our behalf was really reassuring.
Being with Kings meant we had access to all the other King Estate Agents around our area. This was a game changes because Alfie and his team could access a vast number of potential buyers.
Also, it was very clear that Kings don't wait for clients to come to them, they are proactive in finding clients. This was a total game changer in our case.
I spoke with Alfie or one of his colleagues pretty much every day, they were always polite and forthcoming with the information I needed.
We are now in the process of exchanging and using the solicitors recommended by Kings. This is another huge advantage. They are affordable, super accessible and everything is done/uploaded on a online platform. No need to visit Solicitors offices or wait for the post!
I would not hesitate to recommend Kings. They are a small (this is also an advantage because you're not just another address) but mighty team!

They are not doing their job at all! When I went to their office, no one helped me, just took my phone and gone. If you don't do your jobs don't sit in that office!
(South Chingford branch in chingford Mount. When I attended to branch to arrange an appointment to a viewing, they did not get involved with my found ones. Just took my phone and you can go. That is the case I had faced.

Recently I visited Kings Group in South Chingford, and asked if I could a print out of 2 properties in the window. The man I spoke to passed it on to another man at a different desk, who also said he couldn't do it so passed it on to a third man, who also couldn't figure it out, so passed it on to the original man I asked. They were not familiar with the properties and it took a long time to explain the ones I was interested in. Then he didn't know how to use the printer. After 15 minutes I left.
I then rang the South Chingford Kings Group branch to ask to view a property. A man answered but did not give a name, and said he'd book me in for a viewing. He then asked about my mortgage rate which I felt was a bit personal as he's a sales assistant. He went on and on about how I should use his mortgage broker friend. I said no thank you as I'm calling to arrange a viewing. He then said "fine" and just hung up on me (no viewing booked).
Appalling service, I am never using King's again!

Leanna has been amazing throughout our journey of finding a new place to rent. She was really helpful and understanding of our needs when viewing the property.
She kept us informed and reassured throughout the process, even though she was on holiday she kept in touch.

I was very impressed with the level of service, involvement and assistance from everyone at Kings.
Jamaal in particular was there every step of the way.
All the viewings were escorted. All the staff were smart punctual and polite, and when the sale was going through they helped prevent problems before they started.
