Shawn was extremely helpful and made the entire process stress free.<br>He knew everything about the property, was honest and went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable throughout it all. Ellie, the agent was punctual at every viewing and didn't rush the viewing. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any answers she didn't know she said she will put it all in an email. She found all the properties that most matched our requirements and always communicated well by telephone and email. I would recommend this estate agent at Kings Chingford.

After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.
