They are unprofessional and rude. The reviews on Google seem to be from fake buyers(may be, because everybody saying they are nice, that is impossible)
I booked a viewing with them, but they sent me an incomplete address without providing the door number. I went to the property and waited last week, but no one showed up.
Later, they contacted me again, and I went to the property once more. While waiting for the person to arrive, we called and asked why nobody was there. They responded by saying we weren’t knocking on the door. I explained that they hadn’t given us the door number, and we were standing at the location.
A person eventually showed up and shouted, “What are you doing standing on the other side of the door?” He was extremely rude.
When I called the office to report the situation, the person on the phone was also rude. He said, “What are you complaining about if your husband isn’t knocking on the door?”
Firstly, they didn’t provide the door number.
Secondly, they have no email.
Thirdly, they are now not answering calls.
Here is the address they provided:
“Dear Mrs. Ahmed, we confirm your viewing at 1329a London Road on 08/03/2025 at 12:45 PM. Thank you, Kingsbury Estate Agents.”
Stay away from them—they are suspicious and extremely rude.

We are extremely impressed with Kingsbury Estate Agents...
We dealt with Simon Ford and he is professionalism personified and it was the easiest letting procedure we have ever had.
Simon listened too what we wanted, reassured us especially when we explained the previous tenant from another agency was a total nightmare.
Simon explained their vetting procedure and reassured us that he would find a suitable family.
Simon viewed our property and within three days, the property had been let, subject to referencing and for the full asking price.
The tenants moved in yesterday and are a very nice family.
We will definitely be using Kingsbury Estate Agents again and I look forward to dealing with Simon again.

Kingsbury are one of if not the longest established agencies on the High Street, good reputation which is well deserved. Fees are reasonable and a good service, spot on in terms of realistic valuations for prices that will be achieved.... Bought one and Sold two houses through them over 20 years and get impression they get a lot of repeat business.... Simon in particular knows his stuff and Malcolm the inhouse Independent Financial Advisor is great at keeping you informed all the way through.... And they do lettings/management too
