We were originally with another estate agent who overpromised and underdelivered, so moving to this team was a breath of fresh air.
From the start, Sam was our first point of contact — super nice, courteous, honest, and polite. He made everything feel easy and straightforward.
Jaden was our main contact throughout the sale, and he was absolutely brilliant. His communication was outstanding, he worked tirelessly to bring in genuine buyers, and he always handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our buyer was quite demanding, but Jaden dealt with it all calmly and took the stress off our shoulders.
Louis also played a valuable part, offering great support and input to the team.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — a genuinely hardworking, polite, and professional team who made selling our home so much smoother. Highly recommend!

Jaden and Louis have been rude and unhelpful, unable to fulfil the most basic of requests, and in fact never even showed me around the property I’m buying. The incompetence from Jaden and constant disrespect from Louis has made the entire process extremely stressful, particularly when dealing with a seller who has repeatedly flip-flopped and been reluctant to negotiate on any aspect. Unprofessional and exhausting. I would not recommend working with this company as either a buyer or seller, especially for anyone with additional needs as a disabled person.

My property was on the market for literally a week and they got me asking price, I couldn't believe it and also got the buyer moving fast.

I cannot rate Sam May highly enough. Searching for a property from Glasgow to Thornton Heath area has been very logistically difficult. However Sam has been the most helpful agent out there. Has 100% assisted me throughout, personally organising all the diary viewing dates with other SH agents (even if not Thornton Heath) - communication 100% confirmations - with all the important details of Service Charge, Lease length, ground rent, etc. Emailing with prompt properties of interest; keeping me informed at all times, even after hours.
