Kingshills have been excellent throughout the sale of my late father's house.
They took photos inside and out, including drone footage and a special camera for creating a virtual tour of the house, all of which was completed in just an hour or so with no inconvenience to us at all.
They got the price exactly right for the market and the house sold for the asking price only a couple of weeks after it was advertised.
The team have been helpful throughout, and everyone from the company with whom I have spoken to has been nothing but friendly.
Their knowledge of the local area and housing market in general has proved to be spot on and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell their property.

We were disappointed with the way the agent (viewing person) handled our situation - her comments about our property were not constructive or positive and she believed that solar panels with battery storage, loft insulation, and electric security gate would not be of much interest for potential viewers. When the EPC rating was carried out and I mentioned that it would need to be added to the advert (C), she added that people would not really be interested in this. Her knowledge of the property was limited - not even being aware of the shower room/toilet in the extension side of the house. We had discussed of getting new photos of the garden as the border shrubs and the trees were coming into bloom. This never happened. As a whole, the experience depressed us both and we decided to take our property off the market for a while and then choose another agent.
