I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by The Frost Partnership during my father's tenancy agreement for an apartment in Amersham. Initially, their approach seemed thorough, but subsequent events have led to some distressing issues. When my father was hospitalised and subsequently moved to a care home, their assistance was notably lacking. A particular point of contention is the condition of the patio at the property. At the commencement of the lease, the landlady acknowledged in writing that the patio required cleaning. Despite this, The Frost Partnership is demanding a fee of £190 for its cleaning, which seems unjust given that it was not in a satisfactory state when my father began his tenancy.
It is disconcerting that they are insisting on this charge, especially considering my father's advanced age of 92 years. I urge you to consider this communication as a stern cautionary note. While initial impressions may be positive, our experience has been anything but, and it is important to note that there are numerous other estate agents available within a short walking distance. It is disappointing to have to convey such a message, but I believe it is necessary to share our experience so that others may be more informed in their dealings with The Frost Partnership.

Frosts we’re the third estate agent we appointed when trying to sell a retirement apartment in Amersham. Retirement apartments are notoriously difficult to sell but Josh, who was handling our sale, did a great job, as did the manager of the Amersham branch.
Josh kept in regular touch about any progress - or lack of ( which is just as important) - and we had useful advice on price from the manager. We felt they took a personal interest in our sale. It took a long time, but eventually, a buyer came along and the sale process was handled efficiently and professionally. Again, we were kept regularly informed at every stage.
In all, it took nearly 3 years and 3 Estate Agents, to sell the apartment but Josh and the team really persevered and we got there in the end. So, a big ‘Thank you’ to Frosts in Amersham. Would certainly use them again.

We rented a property from TFP several years ago and were very impressed with them from the tenants side.

Be careful with these people. When moving into rented accommodation they did not address any issues that we felt needed to be fixed, simply ignoring our emails. When we moved out, they tried to take money from our deposit to fix issues with the house that already existed before moving in. They continued to ignore my requests, but did take the time to email in order to ask for this review to be taken down. They are morally bankrupt and you should certainly try to take your business elsewhere if you can.

Don’t normally write reviews but had to say something. I’ve been calling the office all week to arrange a house viewing. I’ve emailed, phoned and left countless messages. I’ve heard nothing, not even an email back saying we’re looking into it. Do they actually want to sell a house? Poor quality service, I’d never use them.
Since posting this review: I’ve had a really pleasant conversation with Andrew Windeler; who apologised for what happened. I have to say he was very professional and courteous. He left me feeling valued as a customer. I think this was a one off situation and it’s being looked at further. However, I think it’s important it’s captured. I had to up my star rating because Andrew handled the situation perfectly.

Frost partnership represented the house we were viewing (and have now bought) and it was hands down a great experience with them. As any first time buyers would agree, buying a house is super stressful and complicated. Emma was looking after us and was a breath of fresh air. No pressurised phone calls or game playing. It was straight, honest and polite conversations throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond when it came to sending over correspondence with the sellers and having had some communications from estate agents from other agencies, we were really fortunate we had her as our middle man (woman). Andrew helped us aswell at the very end as was completely informed of the progress of the porperty and was given a proper handover while Emma was on leave.
In general, everyone at the Amersham branch were great and were always patient with requests from both sides.

My experience of Frost Partnership has been excellent. My elderly mother was selling her house to move into a retirement apartment and, as you can imagine, it was a daunting prospect for her. A mixed experience, we first dealt with Danielle who seemed lovely but would never call us back, never pass on any messages and never answer any questions that we asked. We had to wait days for her to even reply with an answer to if our offer was accepted or not. Even if you couldn't get hold of them, at least give us a call to let us know rather than leaving us in the dark all the time. We were very fed up with this service after a couple of weeks and gave up asking questions and just assumed the worst otherwise we would have got nowhere.
Thank god Andrew Holdsworth took over as he would proactively chase the whole process and was nothing but nice and helpful for us. He would keep us updated and was very professional at all times. Thank you Andrew for your help!

I first bought a house via Frost in 2000 in Amersham. Things went very smoothly and I got a discount from 1.5% to 1%. Jackie handled the deal in a very efficient manner. In 2013 Sold the house in Amersham and bought in Chesham - and again Jackie of Amersham branch handled my sale with no issues.
Now in Oct 2016 I'm leaving for Spain and selling my Chesham house before property plummets as a result of Brexit. Again Jackie is handling it - the only time any issues arose was when a junior staff member filled in during Jackie's absence - things went slower and communication more irregular - but then a merely good performance pales when compared to what I got used to because Jackie delivered excellent performance while her junior colleagues only delivered "good" performance.
Overall nothing but positive feedback relating to house sale & purchase. Can't comment about renting as I've never rented through them - but I understand that renting is a small sideline with sales being principal business.

We had a very poor dealing experience with this company. We rented a flat from Frost in Jul/August 2012, my contact was Sally Hyland at the Amersham branch. Immediately Frost handed over a s21 notice seeking possession in 1 years time. Although I believe that this is legal, this is extremely bad practice. When I queried what this meant with Sally I was told that this was just standard procedure and not to worry about it.
This document basically means that they don't need to give you ANY notice to leave the property, so if your landlord decides that he wants to offer his divorced mate your home to live in and give you next to no notice then they are completely within their rights to do so. Which is basically what happened to us.
I think that they should be transparent in the way they do business so would warn you to avoid signing the s21 notice as I did unwittingly setting myself up for a huge amount of stress a few months down the line when we were asked to leave with less than 4 weeks notice not 6-8 weeks which would have been reasonable. Not easy to do when you are working full time!
I would recommend that you look for another Estate Agency to do business with. Fees are also very expensive.
