Russell helped a lot to move things forward on my purchase and sale. But when got to the house the new installed boiler advertised by the agency was actually 8 years old. A big disappointment.
My advice is make sure to check the details on the house advert with your solicitors because I trusted this is correct and now have an old boiler that is in need of a few repairs.

Main named director rude. The agents forget that you are the client and not the buyer. All the other members of staff very nice.

Would highly recommend Kingsley Pike! From a buyers point of view we could not have asked for better service. Particularly from Sam who showed us around the property - super friendly, smiley and made us feel really welcome. Then the ongoing support from Sam, Russell and Peter when Russell was away (particularly Russell though, our case manager). I didn’t need to keep pushing for updates as they were on the ball. Choosing Kingsley Pike for our sale was the best thing we did when moving. A couple of similar houses locally had been on the market for over a year.
We discussed pricing and strategy with Sam, who impressed us with his local knowledge. It worked, as within 4 weeks we accepted an offer near the asking price.
Russell then took over and assisted in progress chasing, dealing with our buyers, solicitors and other agents to ensure things went smoothly and kept moving.

Our experience buying a house with Kingsley and Pike has been outstanding from start to finish. Once our offer was accepted, Russell Brooks was in charge of our purchase. You could not ask for a better person to help with the complicated process of buying or selling a property. Russell helped us to find a very good conveyancer, which meant that the purchase was carried out in a timely and efficient fashion. He checked in with her every week, ensured that things were moved along on her side and the sellers and gave us continual updates as to how things were going. This was extremely helpful, especially considering we were first time buyers. He was always available to answer questions whenever we needed him and his experience, expertise and advice were invaluable to us. After our survey flagged an issue, he skillfully negotiated a price reduction with the seller that was agreeable to all parties. Russell was always on top of everything and he made the whole process much easier for us. His lovely demeanor made him a delight to work with. We would absolutely recommend him and Kingsley and Pike. We went to view a property, very rude, while we were viewing! We put in a lower offer as the property needed some work done, and didn't hear back for days, we rang Kingsley pike about 4 times asking if our offer was accepted, only to hear that, they couldn't get hold of the company that were selling it, I rang them again over a week later to then hear that, someone had put in a higher offer, which I wasn't happy, the fact I wasn't told, as we could of offered more, which then he said, he had left messages on our phones etc which was a lie, they had not, so basically they were waiting for a higher offer, so stalling us, that's quite obvious, so be careful!!!!
They wasted our time, and the property is still for sale!! we will never have any further dealings with Kingsley pike, there customer service is absolutely appalling, we have never experienced this before, over the years, with any other Estate Agents ...

Having contacted three local estate agents we met with Sam from Kingsley Pike who offered sound advice regarding current market values, realistic pricing and how best to sell the property. His presentation and personal interest caused us to offer the sale to his agency and we proceeded speedily with the necessary paperwork. Sam introduced several viewings and the property was sold STC within 6 weeks. Hereafter we were introduced to Russell who kept us informed at least weekly of progress ably assisted by his back up team in the office. The process became extended in view of other parties within the chain, however we continued to hear of progress and suggestions we made were acted upon.

Sam, Russell and Pete all worked hard to get our house sold and without their efforts I think we would still be waiting for completion now because we had very cautious buyers. Sam went completely above and beyond by giving me advice on solar panels, taking videos to show the water was on (as the house was empty) and removing all obstacles to completion of the sale. I went with another agent first as I’m not local and was swayed by a higher valuation but I was utterly wrong to do so - Kingsley Pike’s service was far superior and much more personal. They also seem like really nice guys, so give them your business because a) they deserve it and b) they’ll do a fantastic job for you. I know this is a glowing review and you might wonder if I’m personally connected to them but I’m not, I’m just an impressed customer. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The benefit of dealing with Kingsley Pike is they have an extensive, long standing understanding of Chippenham so are well equipped for valuing your property and finding your new dream home. Whilst other agents were slow to respond to our enquiries, Sam got back to us within minutes of the online enquiry form being sent.
Within 48 hours Peter had been, had a good look around and given us a valuation.
The approach was very professional and thorough.
Once we had instructed them to act, and photos taken, the house was up on ‘Rightmove’ within a few hours.
Within 5 days we had accepted an offer, above the asking price.
From that point onwards, Russell kept us informed with progress and kept lines of communication with Solicitor’s and buyers open.
The whole KP team made the process as simple and pain free as was possible.

Our family have bought through Kingsley Pike previously, and had good experiences, so it seemed the right thing to do when selling. Plus, they were recommended by a neighbour. The viewings were very expertly handled by Sam, and he found a great buyer who was very motivated. Sam has photographic flair, which is evident in the property details. Excellent service, advice and guidance from Kingsley Pike. Ranbir in particular was very professional, helpful and liaised with the solicitors throughout to a successful completion. She also responded promptly to any queries and concerns I had and ensured both parties solicitors were working effectively when at times it appeared progress was slow. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Not only did the thoroughly professional staff at Kingsley Pike handle the sale of my wife’s property, they played a critical role in the purchase of our new property. Ranbir, in particular, was the driving force in keeping ‘the chain’ together when it looked like the solicitors had failed us. Her ability to find solutions to keep everything ‘on track’ was quite brilliant and her communication with all parties was outstanding. These are such great guys to deal with, they are so informative, helpful and reassuring. I bought and sold 2 houses with other agents and then boutght a property from Kingsley Pike and the experience was totally different, more relaxing and stress free.
