During this time I have dealt with Hannah Knight. Hannah has been the model of the professional property manager. All of my queries are responded to swiftly. Her advice, guidance and help has been invaluable throughout. The property was put on the market very promptly at each tenant changeover. Prospective tenants are checked for suitability. As everyone knows, moving house is a very stressful time! But I must say, Hughes and Hughes made it much easier. They agreed to let me view a house at very short notice and while they were on their way home. They also stayed on a bit longer (out of office hours) to process my payment so I could secure the house. All the way along they have been helpful and easy to contact and talk to. I have been renting for 23 years and have dealt with many estate agents but Hughes and Hughes were one of the best. I highly recommend them and thank you for making the move much easier!... Was looking to move to the area. Went into Hughes and Hughes Estate Agents and was immediately put off. As a new registered company I thought it might be good to help a new business out to obtain another customer. I'm Glad I didn't! they are currently lying to companies house and to HMRC as they have recently registered in April 2016, but after finding out more information from themselves they in fact started in 2014. This indicated that some dodgy business dealings are taking place with this agency and I highly recommend that all potential customers are to stay away from these people. I worry for the customers they had between Oct 2014- April 2016 due to them not being a registered company, almost certain it's illegal.... Read more
