Highly recommend KFH, Bayswater branch. Ricco Leslie and his team were really responsive on my need to vacate the property earlier than contracted. Rico was really helpful in coordinating the communication with the landlord and find the most beneficial solution for both sides. They were really good in replying fast to all my questions never felt disappointed throughout my nearly 3-year tenancy in one of their managed properties.

Excellent service from these guys on Paul’s team. We had what seemed like a tricky flat to sell in a tumultuous year. Olly got us across the line at a price we were very happy with. Very happy with his negotiation, feedback and problem solving. He went the extra mile in managing of solicitors, as well as myself and our buyer. What could have been a bumpy ride was all smoothed and brought to the close. He did a top job.
Best experience I have had locally and Paul manages a great squad. Fully recommend and will use for next sale (or purchase). No games, no over-promising just to get your business. Just straight up. Their coverage sourced plenty of viewings, and they filtered the quality buyers from window shoppers well. They have the most listings locally so can cross-show and match the right buyers for you. Gloucester terrace and around bayswater these are your agents. For this flat we were previously listed with another agent who didn’t show our flat half as much or as well. We should have saved our time and stress and just gone to KFH first.
Again great experiences with Paul, Rajan, Kourosh, Max, Taymour, Nicola, Sammie. Sure I’ve forgotten a few. Special shout out for Olly who was straight, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. A credit to the team. Some agents just seem to do showings, get the number and leave the rest to the solicitors but here you defo feel like they’re here to get you to the end, offer fair advice and manage tricky buyers/sellers. They earn their commission here and 100% worth it.

Despite not buying with KFH ultimately, Shaun Gray was fantastic agent. He had the perfect balance of contacting us with relevant options and respecting our space. He was also acutely aware of when to listen to customer opinions and when to give advice which would be beneficial.
Throughout this whole experience, Shaun has been the most professional agent we have encountered - demonstrating a finesse and patient demeanour at a young age which frankly most estate agents totally lack (and which usually take several years to build).

I went to KFH after being with another prominent, national agent for 8 weeks. The other agent had managed about three viewings, no offer and provided zero feedback until chased. How refreshing to have moved to KFH - within a week they had managed 5 viewings and got me a great offer from a professional couple on a two year lease. I cannot recommend them enough - they are professional, responsive, pro-active but without being pushy.

I would highly recommend KFH Bayswater branch especially after the arrival of their new lettings manager Tom Foreman. He helped in restoring my faith back in the profession by showing empathy and professionalism which is very rare to find these days. Sometimes one comes across a small team of real professionals who go the extra mile. As a first time renter and not quite sure how the system worked, Kerim and his colleague Piers were truly wonderful. They patiently talked through with me what would work and what was beyond our means, but even made me feel that they want to help in any way they could. An example and a sign of my confidence in them was when I asked if they could negotiate a rental for me that was being handled by another agency. I felt that if Piers could take control, then it would happen. Happy to recommend and will be my first point of contact next time I am looking to rent

Amazing team, really professional, always ready to answer questions and trying to solve any issue that might arise while letting a house. Fore instance because of a mistake of our previous landlord we were having a bad reference, being at risk of loosing the new apartment, but our agent James promptly saved the situation communicating with our landlord (which at that time was also overseas) and the referencing agency, solving the problem. As a tenant I would highly recommend this agency, our experience with them was excellent.

A really good Lettings team. They were very proactive and did a good number of viewings. When an offer came in, the applicants needed to move in with 3 days. The star of the show was Melodie who made this happen. She was in charge of the tenancy agreement exchange and everything else that goes along with it. She was highly organised and remain cool and calm in a high pressure situation. She understood fully all rules and regulations which are constantly changing. Well done to the whole team, especially Melodie.

Highly commendable! From the start, Jonathan McCormack has found great tenants from relocating agents. This meant that the tenants were professionals and kept the property in good condition. The current tenants have been on a long least of more than two years.
There was also an incident where there was a delay in obtaining a licence to let which meant that we had to postpone the tenants' move in date. Nonetheless, thanks to Jonathan who managed and resolved the situation brilliantly. He is absolutely reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.
