18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

Theo is very quick to pick up the phone, even if he’s out of the city. They are all always very helpful. Even when locking ourselves out at 6pm on a Saturday evening, the owner’s son Alex was available for us to pick up a pair of spare keys.

27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We switched the management of this property in Queens Park Place from another leading agent at the end of previous tenancy on 20th April 2026. The Lettings team - Carmen, Louise, Sofia were right on the ball and within days had organised a few viewings. A letting was agreed at the asking rental amount with the 3rd viewer (after two other tentative offers). We, as landlords, were very prompt in responding to all requests for certificates/info/Licence etc and the tenants references were promptly gathered and approved. As a result of their efficiency, the tenant moves in today (27th May). Very happy with the service and efficiency and hope to have a long and mutually beneficial association with KF. Thanks Team!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!

20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!

However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
