I would definitely recommend Knightsbridge Estate Agents. They were very helpful right from the start. Ben valued my house and kept in touch with me regularly as I was unable to put it on the market straightway. As soon as I was ready, he was very efficient getting the photos etc done and getting it onto the market quickly. Amy and Libby were great at keeping me updated about viewings, feedback etc and Denise also kept me regularly updated during the process of exchange and completion. It was a very stressful purchase and the team were extremely helpful and helped me secure our purchase. We viewed the property in May and only moved in November. They were very good offering advice, keeping me informed of the process and dealt with all the survey issues. The best thing about the team is that they get that buying a property is a very personal, life changing process and they were very empathetic understanding the whole emotional aspect. They went out of their way to help and even recommend trades people and removal companies. Our moving in present was just lovely and very thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will you use them again but hope not to move again for a very long time!

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I run my own business and as such, I always think twice. I only left one negative review last year and I thought that I would make it to the end of the year with a 2025 clean of negative reviews. Then along came Knightsbridge Estate Agents and ruined my clean sheet.
I am currently having work done on my property.
I invited 3 estate agents to come along and give me an appraisal. Knightsbridge was one of them. I went for reviews from the more premier estate agents in the Oadby area. I reckoned that - though these were charge wise very expensive, the premium service that they gave would give would outweigh the cost.
First let me give you an idea of my experience with one of the other agents. The agent came around, smartly dressed and was here for around 20 minutes. He went around my property and had come armed with an 'Information Pack' giving me all the details I needed. We discussed what price I was aiming to sell at and compared it to what he thought. There was a difference but it wasn't anything that could not be worked out between us. He even told me that they would market my property at the price I was looking for and then appraise after 12 weeks. He went through the marketing strategies his organisation employed. We went through any questions I had and he left leaving me his business card. I felt really impressed and pleased with the service that he had provided me with. I won't say who this agency was, only that the name started with a 'C' :)
The agent from Knightsbridge arrived just after 12:30. I had told him that I had a web meeting at 13:00. He went through the rooms in a really hurry, not really entering the rooms to have a look around. We then came downstairs and he told me of one property that Knightsbridge had in in the Oadby area. He asked me what sort of price I was looking to see at. I gave him the price that agency 'C' was going to market my property at. When he heard this, he just told me that Knightsbridge would not be interested and left!!
No information pack, no asking me if I had any queries, no discussion of why I was asking for a particular selling price. It was either his way or the highway. He just seemed to be in a hurry to get out of place. I was frankly shocked. My wife was fuming when she came home from work.
So a piece of advice for your Knightsbridge.
When sellers approach estate agents who charge premium prices, they expect a premium service. Otherwise, they could just go ahead with one of the smaller estate agents and save costs. The service that you provided me was not what I expected of a premium estate agent and was shocking. The fact that your agent didn't even leave me a business card - let alone an information pack - says it all.
The other agents were in with me for around the same length of time but did a sterling job. I know you have tried to contact me - after I sent you an email saying that I was dissatisfied - but there is no point now.
I hope you take my criticism constructively and I hope that you don't try to come up with wishy-washy excuses.
I know that if my business received a review like this, I would not criticise any individual but look to see what I would need to do to ensure that I never get a negative review like this again.

We purchased our home through Knightsbridge Estate Agents and the entire process was seamless. The standout aspect was their exceptional communication - always prompt, clear, and efficient, with zero time wasting. There was always someone available, even when I was abroad and couldn’t call directly myself - they took the initiative to reach out to me. Even if someone was on annual leave, there were no delays at all, the service received was continuous and smooth.
The team’s professionalism and friendliness were second to none. Libby, Amy, and Jake were all consistently professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I could not fault them if I tried.

They offered a fair and non-pushy valuation, kept us informed all of the way along through their Street website including offers and being able to contact them through a Whatapp group was so helpful. Ben who did our valuation was friendly, professional and told us everything we needed to know.
After going under offer we dealt with the wonderful Denise, she explained the process in an understandable way, kept us regularly updated at every step in the process. Her weekly calls were extremely helpful and gave us peace of mind that there was traction in the progress of our sale.
I have dealt with 7 or 8 estate agents in recent years and Knightsbridge are the best of the best. Friendly, professional and not pushy with extra costly services etc. They are local specialists and that reflected through the service we received. Quite simply Oadby’s best.

I wanted to sell my house, and I booked an appointment to have my property valued.
The sales rep came over, and he was shown around and I offered him to roam free and check what he needed to provide a reasonable price to sell.
Discussing the instant valuation price, straightaway which was interesting, because it was significantly under valued and it was obvious, he wanted me to sell my house starting at a low price then I was told people will offer more and more.
I didn’t agree, other houses on the market were all priced around £15k more and our valuation just was not adding up.
I felt through the discussion a lot of persuasion to start very low and people will bid up, seemed like an approach that was not in my favour.
Fast forward two months, my house sold and I got believe it or not £25k more than what Knightsbridge sales rep wanted to sell my house for.
My judgement was right not to put any trust in the sales rep, he came across very unprofessional when disagreeing with his price and he tried to make me believe that I was wrong with my own house valuation and research. No one even offered close to the valuation price that Knightsbridge gave me, all offers were around my asking price!
I needed to write this review to make others aware, just to double check all valuation prices with other local estate agents, and check the market in the area.

Rob at Knightsbridge was magnificent, even though he wasn't even technically working for us! Our vendor used Knightsbridge, but it was our buyer who was causing delays. Rob was like a terrier, constantly chasing the buyer and his solicitor, on behalf of both his client and ourselves. His tenacity and determination were exemplary, but he was also thoroughly professional throughout and never lost his sense of humour. Unreservedly recommended.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best estate agents in Oadby. From the start, dealing with Aasim and Sarah who got the house valued and set up. Have viewed a few properties with Knightsbridge and often on the phone with them. All members of staff are helpful and polite. Robert in the office is amazing and so is Katie. Have had a few viewings with Katie and she is helpful, honest and very professional. When they say they are going to call back they do unlike some estate agents I have come across. Still hunting for a property and they are my go to people. For buyers and sellers I would not recommend anybody else. They have principles and offer an outstanding service.

From start to sold all round brilliant service. Initial journey began with Mercedes who appraised our property and within a week had it on the market with photos, virtual tour and floorplans. Then working together with Janet, Kym and Yvonne who are like the A-Team making the viewing and offer process seamless. Finally working with the amazing Samantha Harris who’s official title is Sales Progressor but should be Chaser / Hunter / Doer!
Overall Knightsbridge were exactly what they promised perhaps even undersold themselves. Whilst there are many other estate agents out there you do get what pay for and Knightsbridge were worth every penny!

The sale progresser Samantha takes over after the initial sale is agreed on. She is really good and proactive in following the sale through. She responds to any thing and everything, even in trying to find me a van on the day when the people I had arranged to remove my stuff let me down.

I can recommend Knightsbridge, they are friendly, professional and efficient.
We moved during lockdown which made things more difficult but they made arrangements for covid safety, and once the sale was agreed, our Sale Progressor, Samantha, was brilliant. It took over 8 months for the solicitors down the chain (only a chain of 3!) to do what they were supposed to be doing, and Samantha went above and beyond her job to chase the agents. solicitors and even a mortgage advisor down the chain regularly, and keep us informed at all times. She was friendly and supportive through all the frustrations of that time, I dread to think how we would have coped without her!

Used Knightsbridge to both sell my home and also the purchase of my new house. I had a really positive experience with them. Starting with Yvonne who initially dealt with the purchase when the offer was made and then Shelley who took over the process. Shelley kept me well informed and updated throughout the whole process on a regular basis as there was a long wait between the offer and exchange due to a chain. I would definitely use Knightsbridge again in the future as they are very professional and always answer the phone calls and if they were unavailable they would get back to me as soon as possible unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past.

The Oadby office worked quickly to get our property to market (Scott) arrange viewings for us and then on our behalf negotiated the offers we had (Janet and Yvonne). However, the support we received to move our property from offer to exchange was invaluable as I am not sure we would have made it without the dedication of Sam who worked tirelessly on our behalf.
We used the solicitor recommended to us by Knightsbridge and we have been so pleased with how they worked for us and liaised with Sam.
All in all, whilst moving is a stressful process, Knightsbridge have been there for us at all times, despite the difficulties we all face currently with the pandemic and our sincere thanks therefore goes to them all.
