Hussein at Lampards gave outstanding service from beginning to end of what was my first time through the process of buying a property. He guided me through step by step the process of placing an offer, used his expertise to ensure my dream house was not snatched from my hands as a more attractive counter offer came in from another agency. He used his people networking skills to ensure the seller knew I was the right person to sell to. A brand new lease was needed on the flat yet we went from offer accepted to completion in under 4 months!! Great communication from Hussein and being a reliable point of call between both sides and our solicitors is the only reason this was possible. Lampards - Oliver and Hussein - are top notch estate agents. They are not only experienced but also brought through very good potential buyers right from the get-go. I came to them at a very precarious point as we had reached a standstill with an existing buyer (who I had taken on with another agent) after 5 months. Oliver and Hussein built up momentum very quickly and found me a new buyer within about 7 weeks, at arguably the most challenging time - Xmas and New Year, and pushed through completion within just 8 weeks - which is quite extraordinary for a leasehold flat. Oliver is very low key but don't be fooled by that - he has decades of experience and is very skilled at his job. Both Hussein and Oliver have been working in this field for a long time. The process was completely effortless and there was professionalism, good humour and persistence all the way to the finish line. They held keys and looked after the space when I wasn't around. When there was an unfortunate accident upstairs with an overflowing bath (!) Oliver even mopped up the water and sent me a video as well as called me so that I was alerted. Lampards have unsurpassed local knowledge and understanding about the market and will work with you to achieve your goals whatever they might be. They provide a very personable bespoke service and are engaged fully from start to finish. They do all the viewings themselves, and are very responsive and reliable.
