Rob and George expertly managed my sale, securing a buyer within five days of listing. I was astonished. Both were readily available whenever I had queries, and worked brilliantly with my conveyancer, the buyer and their solicitor when the inevitable bumps in the road occurred. Their friendly and insightful approach was reassuring, and they clearly know the local market and their buyers well. Travelling around the area and seeing Lawrence & Rudge sale boards converting quickly into 'under offer' and 'sold' was encouraging and impressive. A great team and a great service.

We chose Rob and George to help us sell our house because out of everyone we invited to value the house they showed the most interest in the property itself and were the friendliest and easiest estate agents we dealt with. Rob then did fantastic due diligence on valuing the property, taking the time to show me all the research and explain his conclusions. The property was then quickly and professionally marketed and we were offered a great commission rate. Being kept up to date with all the viewings was brilliant. This was done by whatsapp but if needed we had phone calls. There was always a two way dialogue but advice if needed. Our sale was complex because of probate issues but working with Lawrence and Rudge made a stressful situation not only bearable but often enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I feel sorry for whoever let these people sell their property. I called them on three different occasions , three times! — to view a property they are selling. Each time, they promised me a call back to schedule a viewing, but it never happened. The property is located on Methuen Road, Bournemouth, and it's a three-bedroom maisonette. Very poor service! avoid.
