They are very unprofessional. If you are a seller, I would suggest do not use them. If you really want to, try using their service as a buyer first before you sign the contract with them. If you are a buyer, I guess you have to choice but to use their service if you want to buy a property they are selling. Make sure you double or triple check appointments with them before hand to avoid any disappointment. Also, always remind yourself that if you want to buy the property you will have to deal with them. Just remember do not use them to sell you property in the future.
I booked an appointment for a flat on 10am 27th Jul. The agent emailed me in the afternoon of 25th Jul and I replied their email to confirm my attendance 2 minutes after I got their email. But at 10am 27th Jul, when I arrived at the flat, there was no one. I called the agent, who then decided to drive to the flat after getting my call. The agent took 38 minutes to arrive but without a key to let me into the flat. To be honest, sometimes when you buy flats with tenants living in them, it can be tricky to schedule appointment or things can happen during the viewing. But this is the first time the agent is almost 40 minutes late and I was not notified beforehand. I had to call him 4 times from 10am to 10:39am. When the agent finally arrived, he was OK although not giving me any solution. He explained the situation, asked me to make a complain. But one thing I find very unprofessional was that, he tried to irritate me. It was both me and my husband there for the viewing, he was only talking to me, trying to irritate me so I increased my voice. Then he accused me of shouting at him, not sure if this is to give them an excuse for their extremely bad service.

The agency never returned my deposit saying the new tenant coming in (we were three people in the flat) should pay me back the money. It turns out the agency did not want to pay for the making of new contract and therefore return me the deposit so they just deleted my name from there and renewed the old contract. The new person never payed that deposit. My money were now under his name. They made use of the fact I am a student and a foreigner. It turns out I was not the only one being screwed by them. Only when my University stepped in and defended my rights, the manager had no choice. The landlord who was also the manager, treated us disgracefully. Literally lying, breaking the laws and making use of their clients.

Dodgy, very dodgy, would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Charged a additional fee for not adhering to their unreasonable and unfair demands. Awful tone and unprofessional service. Avoid with a barge pole

Please stay away from lawsons & daughters they are not good .the most useless agency I have ever seen in my life, they will deduct your deposit without any reasonable explanation. Very useless set of people .

I travelled 3 hours to view the property that me and the estate agent agreed on and she didnt even have the courtesy to tell me that she will not be attending the viewing because the property has been taken anD I had to ring her to find out if she is coming or not. She then told me she is not coming and showed no remorse when I told her I had travelled from far. Complete joke and maybe teaching the estate agents to communicate more effectively and possible learn the clients name before calling them a TOTALLY different name. Awful and unprofessional service.

AVOID!! Lawson & Daughters are the most unethical company and bunch of people I have ever dealt with in my life. The level of deceit and intimidation is shocking. They moved people into our flat without our consent, lied about how many people were living in the house and behaved illegally against their own contract. They still continue to intimate. Sanjay & Danan in particular are the worst of them all. Please save yourself a lot of worry and anguish and avoid them.

The only reason I am giving this company a star is because as far as I know you can't give 0. A friend of mine is a first time renter and wanted to deal with Lawson and Daughters but was completely mislead by unprofessional and deceitful staff who took her money and completely refused to honour their agreements. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent and prompt service, needed an apartment at short notice and I got exactly what I asked for. Staff are really helpful! I recommend for anyone looking to rent in the Fulham area!

Lawson and daughters lie, break the law, steal, fail to honour their contractual obligations and treat all tennants with complete contempt. They will break into your flat without warning, they will ring you after the contract has been signed to ask for more money, they will illegally withhold your deposit. They also increased the price of renting the flat to a borderline extortionate extent at every available opportunity. The most avaricious, aggressive and, in many instances, downright stupid group of people you will ever meet in pretty much any profession. Avoid at any cost.

About a year ago, I was considering whether to sell my flat in Fulham SW6. Brian at Lawsons & Daughters advised me to market my home in February 2014 because the cost of moving to a larger, more expensive property would only increase in a rising market.
The sale of my flat went very smoothly. I received an offer that was 10% above the offer I was expecting, which allowed me to put in an offer that secured my new home. Selling a house is never an easy task, but I can fully recommend the services provided by Lawsons & Daughters.

I used Lawsons and Daughters, and in particular their manager, Brian Corson, for the purchase of a flat in Fulham. It should have been a simple and straight forward process but the vendor proved to be tricky and quite awkward. At all times Brian was totally professional, keeping us informed of progress or sometimes lack of it. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and without his help and input the purchase would possibly never have happened.
