We’ve just had the pleasure of working with Hannah Collins on our new property, and honestly, we’re still wondering whether she’s secretly running on some kind of premium-grade rocket fuel. From the moment she stepped in, everything that usually feels chaotic somehow turned into a neat little to-do list that she had already done.
There was one moment that summed it up perfectly: we’d barely mentioned a small issue with the keys, and before we even finished the sentence Hannah had already sorted it, updated us, and sent over a photo. I’m convinced she has a sixth sense for spotting problems before they happen.

My property search started with a spreadsheet of every two-bed in Fulham. I’d been calling around different agents for details like square footage, parking, and outdoor space. Then I spoke to Lauren. From our very first conversation, she was friendly, genuine, and comforting in her tone. Unlike other agents I’d dealt with, she never made me feel pressured. I felt completely comfortable asking all my (many!) questions.
When we booked the viewing, I was blown away, the photos didn’t do the property justice.

Outrageous behaviour from rent negosiator and director, ones secured the flat another offer came in, so they ask us to increase right away, one's deposit and 1-month rent been paid we been ignored, sorry I was on Holliday, no one else picked up her deals, no even a out of office messages! Then messed up our moving dates for over a month!! despite was on the contract Their mistake has resulted in me living in an unhabitable property, disgusting with not a single appliance in working order
By trying to seek help from them, we just received an outrageous attitude “you move into the property right? If it wasn’t for me you will be on the street What do you want from me? What do you want now?? “ Then being completely ignored by them again, and told us we weren't welcome in the office without being announced first!
How can I announce myself if my calls are being ignored! This is what reviews are for and I have proof of their negligence and lack of care. A result of emotional distress and humiliation. I've seen they respond to bad reviews such as ” we have no records of this matter” anyone feels free to contact me I can only share my experience,

One of the worst agencies I have ever contacted in London. Landlords please be more careful with the agencies you give your flats to, it's a shame to lose out good tenants because agents like the ones at Marsh & Parsons (Fulham, can't speak about their other branches)cannot do a simple job that only requires consistency and knowing how to use a key.... I had arranged a flat viewing and not only the agent never even showed up, when i contacted him he told me he was sick, like i should have known somehow....He didn't even had the decency to give me a notice so that I won't be traveling for 1.5 to stand on the street. On top of that when i went by the agency, one of his colleagues had the audacity to blame it on me and say that I should have checked before coming to check the flat....Total lack of professionalism from everyone involved. The hiring managers should have a done a much better job with the people they select.

I would strongly advise avoiding this dishonest agency at all costs whether you are a landlord looking to let a property, a vendor looking to sell or even a potential tenant. Not only have they not fixed a single thing in the property as agreed to prior to signing the agreement, but also I was lied to and manipulated into paying over the market rate and signing up to a tenancy agreement far longer than I wanted despite consistently requesting a break clause to pursue work promotions. Now during the unprecedented times of COVID-19 I am unable to pay my rent and bills due to job loss and tied into a 3 year tenancy at an overpriced one bedroom flat in Fulham and of course, Marsh & Parsons have been no help whatsoever. I either pay a hefty exit fee of £5,000 and lose my £2,000 deposit or I declare bankruptcy. I've offered them retention of my whole deposit if they could just release me from the contract that the agent told me would be 'so easy to get out of' yet they are not open to that they would rather drive someone to emotional and financial breakdown during a time that's already hard enough as it is. They will lie to you to get your business and then leave you in the lurch once they've been paid on it. I found out that the reason they were so reluctant to put a break clause in for us was in fact because they don't get paid anything more than the break term and they never even asked the landlord who would have been absolutely fine with it! Our landlord is completely on board with allowing us to leave but M&P just won't allow it and somebody has to pay their fee according to them, they are unreasonable money-grabbers with no compassion. BEWARE. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and shouting from the rooftops as well as contacting the press on this.

The agent did want to show us a flat with tenants in, none of whom were wearing masks, all windows shut, exposing us to a great deal of risk over a pandemic. This is not just unprofessional, but utterly unacceptable given the rise in Covid cases in the UK and London in particular. I doubt this behaviour complies with the policies set by the Government.

I had e-mailed in detail what exactly we're looking for and had specifically stated that things should be discussed over the phone once there's a property we are interested in and have the information we had specifically stated we require. For Evie Clery whose actions show that she simply didn't care what her clients' requests are this meant that instead of asking me to call her, she was supposed to send me what she has to offer based on our requirement. I had reminded her what our requirements are and what my request was via email only to have her respond 8 days later out of nowhere asking me if I had found something based on my requirements and never contact me again. I had to politely remind her what she was expected to do.
Not saying she was necessarily rude, but if I had to tell her how to do her job or do her job I may as well would have to charge her and get commission. Not sure how she wasn't made redundant with that careless attitude.

My boyfriend and I have just completed on a property with Marsh and Parsons. We dealt with William Gregory and he was brilliant from the start until the end of the transaction. He was very proactive and kept us updated during the process and answered all of our questions as fist time buyers. He was honest and reliable and would answer his phone outside of working hours and he would also chase our solicitors.
Prior to that we had a very bad experience with KFH on Effie Road and I have to say that we had lost hope in finding a good estate agent, however, we were very lucky at the end to have dealt with William and we highly recommend him.

I approached Marsh and Parson in 2015 enquiring about properties to be let as company let for serviced accommodation use.
The corporate manager in charge in 2015 told me that it's necessary that our company has 3 years company account in order to be able to rent properties from them.
I patiently wait for 3 years and every year updated the corporate manager with our annual company account.
In December 2018 I approached again the corporate manager which has now changed.
I show that we finally produced the 3 year company account but she fail to see that we made the 3 years company account and for some inexplicable reasons she keep saying " you don't have 3 years company account".
I had to break it down in a very elementary way and show that it's clear that we have and also a kid could understand it.
Eventually the " corporate manager" ( it's shocking that a corporate manager it's not able to handle a company account) understands that we have 3 years company account and we start a lengthy references process, which ends whit the " corporate manager" saying that she will contact us as soon she find something suitable for us.
I try to get in touch with her about some properties listed but she always says they are not suitable for serviced accommodation and some times she also not reply to my emails.
Surprisingly when I enquire via the normal negotiators of different branch they sound very open and interested in discussing with the Landlord a company let agreement, however any sort of negotiation dies in the moment that the " corporate manager"get involved - she claims that the property it's not suitable for the type of use we intend to do.
Passed 6 months we have never been contact by the " corporate manager" and no properties have been proposed by her.
Given the size of Marsh & Parson and the amount of stock they take on board across the 31 branches in 6 months, it would be an offence to the intelligence believing that none of the properties they had on book was unsuitable for company let, therefore I decide to contact agin one branch and the " corporate manager" separately.
I asked the " corporate manager if anything was wrong given that she never proposed a flat in 6 months to us, but she says, as usual, that it's all good and she will let me know if anything available.
The agent of a branch replies to me that the property I'm enquiring for it's not suitable for company let and propose something else instead, however he call me back after a while saying that the viewing has to be cancelled because the corporate manager told him that our company has never been approved by her(!!!!)
I call back the " corporate manager " asking clarification on this given than 10 minutes before she told me that it's all ok, and she replies saying that: " that agent it's very new, he didn't know that the property it's not suitable for a company".
I call back the agent which reinforce his theory that he has been stopped by the corporate manager " because we are not approved by her"
Here clearly someone between them it's lying given that the agent says something and the " corporate manager" it's saying something different, therefore I ask clarification about it but both of them refuse to answer and actually the "corporate manager" warns me that "if i don't trust her" it's not possible to continue work together, which makes me laugh given that the "corporate manager" hasn't been able to source a single property for us in 6 months and across 31 offices, therefore I don't see what she means by " working together".
Given the facts happened and the behaviour of Marsh & Parsons employees, I have to say that despite all the nice, sparkly and glamour appearance this company has incompetent and liar employees.

Rented as a student through this M&P with the estate agent Flora. She didn't try to manipulate us like other estate agents do and was very honest and helpful. She found us a great flat that had just been refurbished and dealt with all the paperwork professionally and quickly. I had a problem with my referee and she found a solution to that very quickly. We really enjoyed the place we got in the end and the service from M&P was excellent. I would use them again.

Henrietta was fabulous, not like the Estate Agents you encounter normally. She took care of everything, duplicated what I was looking for and didn't try to "sell" me something that is not right. She was also in my corner during negotiations and followed up. I can highly recommend Henrietta.

I visited Marsh and Parsons with the aim of trying to find a property to let. After talking with one of their negotiators we quickly went out to look new properties that had just come onto the market. Although I had some difficulties at that time in terms of being in-between jobs I found they offered fantastic advise and found them friendly and really keen to help me find my new home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else looking to rent a property

During the time in which our home was being viewed to potential tenants, M&P continually entered our home without contacting us. Not only is it illegal under the rights of the tenant, the company also accidentally let our indoor cats out and obviously it went unnoticed until we found them. One afternoon, I heard something downstairs and when I came down to investigate, I found a large man in my kitchen. Naturally, I was startled (baby napping upstairs, myself heavily pregnant). The company had given the keys for alarm maintenance and had not notified us. The worst part (all legal matters aside that for over a month they continually entered our property without permission or even any notification), the secretary (Paula) let me know that I didn’t have a leg to stand on. Our landlords were completely horrified by these experiences. No surprise, we sought advice from a solicitor. No one wanted to assume any responsibility and then very sheepishly, the manager (Matt) did only after several phone calls and the mention of legal action did an apology come through. Hideous treatment. AVOID!

Unbelievably awful.
I am a buyer and am fed up with the lies and misinformation the agents from this branch are spinning me.
Before the referendum they were desperately trying to push me into making an offer for an overpriced property on their books. `After the referendum the property market is going to go up because foreign buyers will pile into the market', the negotiator insisted. Well, it's now August and the property they were trying to sell me is still languishing, unsold, along with many other properties.
When I asked why this property was priced more than the same sized modernised house next door the agent replied sniffily, `oh, I don't know anything about that house'.
Woefully uninformed and patronizing to boot. Meanwhile they keep ringing me, trying to press me into viewing houses that do not remotely fit my spec. If a property does sound interesting I say, please can you email/send me the details, but they don't.
I did buy my current property from them a few years ago and the agents were polite and efficient. But those agents have since been replaced by shifty, poorly informed agents who know very little about their market or the properties they are trying to sell.

Miles rented us our property 18 months ago near Bishops Park and with the excellent level of service he demonstrated in finding us our home we decided to head to him again for our next rental! Once again Miles showed enthusiasm and competence and was able to secure our new home after he showed us around 6-7 wonderful properties in a single appointment, all of which ticked our requirements! This guy really takes the stress out of finding a property A++++

My husband and I recently let our property through Marsh & Parsons. We did not know what to expect and were quite nervous, but we were lucky enough to deal with Rob Dillon in their Fulham branch.
I could not be happier with the service he gave us, really put us at ease and talked us through everything we needed to know, and was very concise without being condescending.
He is a great representative for this company, I hope anyone reading this has the pleasure of dealing with him. Very Happy we did!

In the often dark world of estate agents there are occasional sparks of bright warm humanity. Matt Sherratt and the Fulham team are such stars.
Arriving at the airport, we realised that my daughter had left her bag of soft toys and comfort blankets behind. A desperate call to our local M&P branch was met with a warm, sympathetic and immediate response. Matt grabbed the key, ran to the house, found the bag and put it in a cab for us. Within 40 minutes, a smiling and grateful little girl was clutching her bag and soft toys!!

We were very happy for the work done by Ben Gee and Alex Annesley in selling our flat in Fulham. Whilst some agents put a negative spin on things whilst doing valuations (we think, managing our expectations for a sub-optimal result), Ben was always super positive, and this gave us reassurance that they would be working their hardest to prove that outlook right. Before the property even went on the market, they had organised about 8 viewings, and we received our offer a couple of days after going "live". Alex did an exceptional job in managing the process to exchange, and completion also went smoothly. M&P charged more commission than some other agents, but we are certain we got value for that additional fee, and made the right decision to instruct them.

Having searched for a property to rent in South Kensington with Marsh & Parsons I was unable to find what I was looking for. I promptly received a phone call from someone introducing Fulham as a similar area offering more value for money. After an hour in the area I knew it was what I wanted and I successfully rented an amazing house at the perfect price. The guys at Marsh & Parsons were a pleasure to deal with throughout and they’re now managing the property which gives me the security of knowing they’re looking after things. 3 years of experience renting through them.
Incompetent staff lacking basic intellect. Horrendous handling of everything you can think of such as taking ages to process anything and then coming back to you saying they need more paperwork when they could just give an exhaustive list at the begining. Any new amount of paperwork amounts in a new surprise fee (£30 each time). I was assigned a completely useless agent and after a fair amount of complaints to them was assigned a slightly less incompetent one.
Also they will never give you 24 hours notice of a house viewing as required, 6 hours at best and sometimes just an hour.

I rarely write a review however my recent experience with this company is one worth sharing. Marsh & Parsons have just sold my property in Fulham. I instructed them alongside another agency and they were impressive from start to finish. They did more viewings, were more communicative, had excellent market knowledge and understood what they were selling. They gave solid advice throughout the process & produced a wonderful buyer. I have now exchanged contracts at a figure more in line with Kensington than Fulham! The sales team were a pleasure to deal with and a special mention must go to Daniel Kenny who expertly guided the process through to its successful conclusion. The service he provided was outstanding & I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!!
